haven't had arby's in years and decided to try it again a couple days ago. i came through the drive thru and the three young guys we so kind with great customer service, and i was shocked, really! i've worked fast food and ik how it can be. anyway the food was FIRE. that mac and cheese is so good. i will say there was a bit of a wait but everything was hot when i received it. 5/5 👍

I was there on November 24 and from the start it was disaster. The doors were still locked when they should’ve been open. It took someone a while to come unlock the door. There were two young kids just goofing around cussing eating food while there were two young ladies that were somewhat working. The lady upfront was the one doing most of the work, but it’s the two gentlemen, that really made the whole experience terrible I’ve never seen such lazy people in a workplace before

Went through the drive thru and had the absolute worst experience I have ever had.
The service was incredibly slow...thought for sure they must be short handed. When I finally got up to the window I thanked the girl for marking the lids on the drinks because that doesn't happen as much as you'd like.
That was obviously hilarious to the crew working there because almost immediately there were 4 people staring out the window howling in laughter. So much for giving them the benefit of the doubt for being short handed.
The food quality was terrible....didn't want to eat it as it was stone cold and had obviously been sitting for quite a while.
What a waste of time and money. I'll NEVER go to that Arby's again and if I had my say every one of those people including the manager would be looking for new jobs.

This is absolutely ridiculous. Every time I go to a location they tell us they are out of roast beef. How is it multiple locations can all be out the main thing they sell all at different times.

What a joke of a place. I waited 35 minutes for an order today, with less than 10 orders on screen. The manager Jen was more was more concerned making small talk and talking about how she had to do it all than actually doing it all. Finally my order was ready but of course they’re out of items. No offer for a refund, even after I asked for it.

Food is always cold and nasty, extremely long drive thru service times (15-25 mins)
Manager was complaining to customers about being short staffed and the fact that another employee had to leave at a certain time when he could’ve used that time to help push orders out it was distasteful and not professional this is the second time I’ve come in with the same manager complaining to customers about the way his shift is being ran

Absolutely the slowest drive thru in Grove City...every time. And how can you be out of Arby's sauce?

I'm sorry but I just can't positively review this Arby's. The food and service are fine, but the last three times I visited something was wrong. Wrong item in the bag, items featured on the drive thru menu not actually being offered, and unavailability of items due to running out. I keep trying because I like Arby's in general.
