I have never in my life had an omelette come with an unmelted slice of cheese just laying in the top. There were shells in the eggs. Our waitress was nice but the hostess and cashier were CLEARLY annoyed at being there. I was very surprised as Bob’s are our families go to place but not this one.

My wife and I enjoy Bob Evans. It was out the first time, and we were greeted very kindly and felt welcomed. So far the food hasn't disappointed and has been delicious.
The service today was exceptionally good! The person waiting at the table came by quite often to refill coffee cups and asked if we needed anything. Good job! The food itself was good....typical Bob Evans food. The atmosphere was very good. Somewhere in the past couple of years the building was upgraded and rearranged. The food servings were ample. The coffee was good. No complaints. As for the men's restroom... fairly typical... sticky floors. The room appeared to be reasonably updated and had plenty of soap and paper towels. Overall a good job. Make note - the restaurant is located at a very busy spot in town. Lots of traffic coming and going. Take extra caution.

No one ever greets you at the door to help seat you or help you with a pick up. The food is ALWAYS missing ingredients. For example, I just ordered the 3 meat breakfast bowl and it was missing corn, black beans, spinach and green onions. It looked absolutely NOTHING like the menu photos and instead looked like a pile of slop.
