Came here on game day. The game day vibe was amazing with many large screens and great food. I ordered their wings combo. The southern fried chicken was great, but it could be more juicy inside. The Thai chili sauce was perfect. Onions rings were crispy. The room was large and clean with a bar area and a patio. Lunch and happy hour menus got a few deals. WiFi was fast. I do appreciate it that the boss and servers treated me well. Definitely an amazing game day sport bar. Go Bucks!

I went in for my sister who placed an order via UberEats for pickup after she broke her thumb. She waited in the car with her kiddos since she wasn’t much help. From the get-go the older blonde hostess had an attitude. She asked for the name and I gave her my sisters but apparently it was under her husband’s name with same last name. She told me she would need her to mark the order ‘confirmed’ on my sisters phone. I had my sister on the phone at this point who heard her say she had to confirm it then. My sister and I ended up trading off because this lady’s attitude was out of line and I was not in the mood. She finally gave my sister the order and we were missing all the dressing and kids meals. My sister went in to get it corrected and was met with more attitude and hostility. Even to the extent of acting like we were trying to cheat the restaurant of three dressings and kids drinks.
As someone who works in the industry the attitude is wild and we were actually gonna be placing a large catering order for next week which won’t be happening now.
Yall should do some more training on customer experience because she was NOT good at making anyone want to come back. It wasn’t even that busy.

I want to give a shout out to our server Rebecca. This was easily some of the best service I have had at a restaurant, bar none. Food was delicious, smoked wings were amazing, Ranchero Tots were absolutely fire. Blows BDubs out of the water. Absolutely go if youre a wing fanatic.

This use to be one of our favorite places to eat but it is quickly becoming a place we will avoid. To start, they have removed items we liked. Secondly, the helpings are being reduced and they are now serving food in smaller bowls/plates to fool people into thinking they are getting more. On a recent visit, I ordered a salad I had ordered before and it was probably close to 1/2 the size it used to be and the same goes for the helping of broccoli my wife received. Lastly, I ordered fish which was served to me in a pasta bowl smaller than the fish. What happened to the plates to serve food on? Everything my wife and I got was in a bowl. I'm guessing it was due to downsizing everything. I just hate it that things are quickly going in the wrong direction for this restaurant. I doubt that we'll be back.
