Came here for the krabby patty meal. waited 45 minutes in the drive through got my food and was missing the pie that came in the meal and the burger was not the spongebob burger. i called the store general manager stated there were no more pies which was never communicated at the speaker. wasted 16 dollars on a meal and it wasn’t right.

I ate 2 meals in the course of the day, but 2 hours after I ate lunch here, I was hit hard with food poisoning (which, with my iron-clad stomach- never happens). I had the 2 cheeseburgers combo meal. It was really fun wasting hours of my day expelling every last ounce of that meal. Whatever happened here, please do better. I'll never stop at this location again.

Had a really bad experience at this location it took your way right away at Burger King now to a whole new level and the receipt said exactly how I ordered it how my order should have been but the sandwich never turned out to be exactly how I wanted it you really need to unwrap your sandwich at the counter or at the drive-thru window before you pull away and then I found myself apologizing to all the employees because I was making their life harder like I did something wrong I almost just got my money back and moved on wasted my entire lunch

I used a coupon deal it was 2 bacon cheese burgers and I only got normal cheeseburgers I ordered A 8 piece mozzarella fry and got 7 and they chose my drink for me

Everything was “down.” Requested no ketchup, got ketchup all over my food, lady taking order was rude. Bad experience, won’t be going back to this one. Would rather drive 20 minutes the other way and go to any other Burger King.

The food, has became mediocre, recently after Covid we had many issues, the main issues is that whenever my mom will order a impossible whopper, the whopper is always not cooked and raw, yet when I have food, it’s perfect… but I have gotten food poisoning from their whoppers a few times so that too, I had better service before covid, I think late 2024 it got worse at times, as the workers, didn’t care to cook the food correctly, either being burnt or cooked raw, it’s only good at Saturdays sometimes

In the past I would have a great experience. Not this time. I placed a mobile order and if they are busy I just wait my turn . But , this time was different. I placed an on line order and the place was a little busy and it seem understaff. But instead of first come first serve it was drive through only. I really don't know how soon I will be back.
