Everything was “down.” Requested no ketchup, got ketchup all over my food, lady taking order was rude. Bad experience, won’t be going back to this one. Would rather drive 20 minutes the other way and go to any other Burger King.

The food, has became mediocre, recently after Covid we had many issues, the main issues is that whenever my mom will order a impossible whopper, the whopper is always not cooked and raw, yet when I have food, it’s perfect… but I have gotten food poisoning from their whoppers a few times so that too, I had better service before covid, I think late 2024 it got worse at times, as the workers, didn’t care to cook the food correctly, either being burnt or cooked raw, it’s only good at Saturdays sometimes

In the past I would have a great experience. Not this time. I placed a mobile order and if they are busy I just wait my turn . But , this time was different. I placed an on line order and the place was a little busy and it seem understaff. But instead of first come first serve it was drive through only. I really don't know how soon I will be back.

It is absolutely impossible for this Burger King to get your order correctly. I just have to stop going to this one or just have them give me whatever it is they want to give me. The person taking your order stops listening to you as soon as you begin to speak. I am at a loss. I think I'll just start giving them a $5 bill for the items that will be forgotten or completely wrong.

Waited weeks for a whopper, due to dietary restrictions. This wasn't what I was really craving after all.
The food was wrong. Did not get all that we ordered. Tried calling to complain 4 times over the next hour with no answer !

I stopped by here for lunch today. The fries were hot and salty, and the burger tasted fresh, and overall well made. I would recommend trying their food.
Ordered a number 10. Which is a fish sandwich. I requested no lettuce no pickles. I asked for an 8 piece chicken fingers. Got my food and had no fries. The combo shows it has fries with it. I never said I wanted my fries substituted. When I left I pulled out the sandwich just to find out they gave me a regular chicken and cheddar bacon sandwich instead of what I ordered. This was the second time I came to this location. The first time was last week and I waited 30 minutes for my order. They did get everything right. But the wait was too long and there appeared to be a lot of tension between the manager and the employees making the food.

Waited 15 minutes, to even order! Last said she was by herself but there were 4 people. Drive thru people coming in left and right complaining. Extremely bad place to stop if you are any type of time delay. She suggested I leave because it will be a while.
