Food is always good but the older black woman working the window on the evening of August 15th, 2024 was sooooooooo rude. I tried multiple times to be polite to her but she had such an awful attitude about herself. I have never had an experience like this with any other employee of this establishment or any other fast food establishment. Do the owners condone this sort of behavior? Driver thru was pretty quick and their app has decent deals/rewards. Food was bang average though. My wife and I ordered the Melts. The burgers were overcooked and the buns needed toasted (not sure if that was a mistake or a flaw in the item itself); the sautéed bits were good. I also got an impossible whopper and my wife got moz sticks. Should’ve just got chipotle for the price.

I gave a 3 because they were nice. The food was pretty bad. I got a classic melt and the bread wasn't toasted--at all. Just mushy and soggy. Also my drink had no ice in it, so it was lukewarm. I was hungry, so I ate it, but a big disappointment. I was really looking forward to trying the melt. Maybe I'll try again at a different location.
