First time in Ohio and I stopped here after terrible service somewhere else, young man at counter was polite and helpful . I enjoyed my visit here and the Young lady did a great job on the food. Great job guys👍👍👍👍😊😊

First time I ate from this place I ordered a cheesesteak sandwich. It was delicious. Then I saw the promotion for the buy one get one California chicken sandwich and ordered that.

Unfortunately, both sandwiches had ceramic shards (or something similar) that could have caused major problems if I didn't spit them out in time. I had to throw them out.

I do not trust the food safety of this restaurant, and you probably shouldn't either.

Only reason for 2 stars for food is because the cheeseteak is actually pretty good if you get lucky with having a shard free sandwich.

I ordered through Uber eats app and never got my food and of course the app is no help and try calling the restaurant and that number doesn’t work … yall took me for $30 and now I will never eat there again

The sub at Charlie’s on Stringtown Road looked nothing like the photo on the menu — very skimpy with hardly any meat or toppings. The presentation felt misleading compared to what was advertised. Service was fine, but the food didn’t match expectations at all.

Employees friendly and busy. Asked for lettuce and Mayo-didn't receive either. Asked for steak to be well done- wasn't- gray & greasy. Fries were undone- hard and potato-y. Not a good meal. Have had better before but will think twice about trying them again.

Staffing was kind of rude and rushed. The. My sandwich, that was $12, was missing half the meat. Never had a bad experience there until today. Definitely not worth the $32 we paid. Wont be back without a discount or coupon and will check my food before leaving. WOW

I really enjoyed the food! I like that it's freshly made when you order it! The lady who took our order. Didn't talk loud enough but maybe she just had an off day. We all have those!

Food was very good and quickly prepared. Ordered a custom cheese steak with chicken and steak using spray cheese. Yum. If only you could smell the photos…. 🏆 Only drawback: a couple employees working in front have a lot of difficulty with English causing a delay in ordering.

Man was very rude and rushing me with my order an I was the only one in there. I ask for ketchup and he tells me that only two packets come with a regular combo. I went an ask for more an he said that’s all I can give you. Will never eat here again just because of the customer service .
