Everytime i go everyone is welcoming and friendly. The food is made to order, ther bread is always fresh. I never have to wait long. Thanks for the grate service. This location is one of the best 👌 I will continue to support

No military discount? Really? And .50 cents for ranch yet ketchup and other condiments by the soda fountain are free? Thar does not make any sense.

By the way, your workers seemed annoyed I even asked…..

Great food great environment

It's too delicious, I love their sandwiches, they are very delicious and the people at the establishment are super friendly, I will come back with my whole family.

Food is great but nobody speaks any English that works there. Tried to order over the phone a few times and they just couldn't understand

Food from here was not good at all. I got steak my partner got chicken and we were both very disappointed, been craving a nice sandwich after a long hard days work. The staff almost seemed to be mocking of us because we weren't sure where to order. Very immature and uncomfortable to treat your guests that way. And then for the food to taste like THAT?! I took two bites of the sandwich and threw it in the garbage where it belongs.

Places an order paid and due to a glitch in there system they would not give me a receipt.
The sandwiches we ordered are smaller than couple weeks ago.
And the cashier is always on her phone

I specifically asked to have my sub bun double toasted the mgr said no problem,after paying and bathroom run I came back to notice the female holding my bun down on the grill for the toasting no glove .. when I asked the mgr chuckled and said the toaster was broken for a few days .not like it just happened.. if I would have been told I wouldn't have ordered a sub.. the fries tasted old and freezer burnt not done cold In The middle my bun was so soggy it was not the sub I had in my head ,not enjoyable but I paid for yuk so I ate yuk..given a bogo coupon .. yeah spend more money maybe they will get the free drink or fries correct . Shaking my head sad lunch for me .. my no longer go to when I see the eye doctor next door place .

Terrible customer service. All 3 cheesesteak sandwiches were made wrong. The Mgr. Didn't even want to get on the phone. The cashier Tehya told there's nothing they can do about it. After paying 37.55 😡

I paid $9.99 for a sandwich I couldn't eat, the meat was bad. Luckily I noticed it first bite or I would of been sick. Absolutely disgusting and I will never eat here again. I will be getting it refunded. Shame on you.

The only thing preventing a 5th star is price. Although high prices are prevalent everywhere. All industries need to do better in providing real savings. That little diatribe aside. The cheese steak sandwich was wonderful. The bread was just right and the steak was plentiful and the other toppings were fresh. We don't have Charlie's in my area. It would be nice if they expanded south.
