Our extended-family group of 12 (including 6 kids under 16) visited at noon on New Year's Eve. Most tables were occupied and there were 8-10 cars in the drive-thru line. Yet a staff member was available immediately to take our orders, and the food arrived at our tables within about 10 minutes. I was very impressed with the efficiency and pleasantness of the staff as they worked through a busy, potentially stressful situation. As for the food: a review of chicken tenders and fries from six different vendors that our family had conducted a month earlier ended with Chick-fil-A declared the overall winner. We also apprecite the salads, especially Kale Crunch as an optional side. Chick-fil-A remains our first choice for fast food.

Chick-fil-A at Easton never disappoints. Located right off Morse Road, it’s always quick and easy to get in and out, as quick as a Chick-fil-A drive thru can be. The staff was friendly, the food was hot, and everything was spot on. And maybe it’s just me, but sometimes those waffle fries hit different. Definitely should have ordered a large.

I ordered 4 chicken deluxe sandwiches, but they delivered me only 3, and it tastes terribly bad. That’s not all, instead of giving me a sandwich, they gave me random dipping sauce which I didn’t order. VERY AWFULLLL!!!!

I was told I wasn’t allowed to order for “cutting in line” but I don’t understand why the guy was stopped in the middle of the street he wasn’t going into the drive thru to order and I honked a couple of times because he was blocking the area! I was looking at him and he looked like waved at me to pass him?? I didn’t me to “cut the line” but the lady insisted I was and she said it was ok to take my order but next time don’t let it happen again… I went about that then she comes back and says I would have to leave and come back since it was “against their policy” for people to cut in line I was telling her MULTIPLE TIMES I didn’t mean to cut him!! she was being so condescending about this whole situation… I’m disappointed in this service I never had an experience like this before at chick fil a!!
They shut down their store for 6 mo to somehow come up w a worse parking lot/drive thru experience. Stuck for 15 min trying to get out of parking lot because their drive thru is so clogged up.

My friend placed an order for me as a little Christmas gift. I picked it up from the inside pickup area, took like 5 minutes for someone to say something to me and ask me about my order. Then I had to place another order for other food items, which took 13 minutes to get. I ordered food before people at the register and they were getting their food before me. Not everyone has time to wait, especially when you only have a 30 minute lunch. I was indeed late back to work when I work literally in the plaza behind the restaurant. Don’t give an estimated time if you’re not going to stick with it.
