They used to be great until they literally just gave up on their service in general. Iāve had a lady yell āyour welcomeā across the parking lot when I held the door open for her when she clearly forgot all she has to say is my pleasure if sheās too inconsiderately ignorant to understand you say thank you to someone handing them a door. Another girl inside was rude when I was trying to place my order through the drive through because I was confused on what I wanted. And today I ordered crispy nuggets with a side of Mac and cheese and they didnāt even get that right. They rang up grilled nuggets. Didnāt even get the Mac and cheese I got two fries. I deliver food all the time here. I have been in the hospital in and out all week I just wanted some food I didnāt have to cook and they absolutely butchered the whole order. Iām so tired and in pain I donāt even feel like going back. Itās the only one on my side of town. I like the food please clean up the service cuz that is ridiculous

Don't accept online orders and then refuse to make them when delivery people arrive. Wasted the time of three different drivers and myself when you can literally just report that the order can't be made. It sucks for me, but you really should have to reimburse the drivers for wasting their time instead of handling things with Uber; those people have to make a living too and it's wrong to have them drive out there for nothing.

During the recent renovation this store removed the children's play area in favor of creating space for more tables. My family used to drive out of the way to come to this location specifically for the Play Area. Now there is no need for us to ever visit this location again.
