I’m always buying from this restaurant on uber eats and it’s packaged so well. Always comes fresh and hot. Love the chicken fried rice and sesame chicken. Thanks for being a great place to eat

We had good expectations for this place based on other reviews. Traveling through the area, we always check Google reviews for recommendations. Well, in our experience at China Bell, we aren’t rating it well. The wonton soup was bland, no meat, no green onions or anything else to flavor it, just watered down broth and noodles. The egg roll was decent and filling but the hot mustard had an overwhelming vinegar taste to it. The lemon chicken, while plentiful, was not nearly as good as it could’ve been. The breading was not cooked all the way through so it was mushy on the inside. The fried rice was rather bland too. We had to add soy sauce to get some flavor. The rice did have some vegetables in it, which you don’t see often in Chinese restaurants any more. That was nice. My husband’s sweet and sour chicken saved the meal. lol. It was delicious, with crispy breading (cooked through), vegetables and pineapple. Tasty sauce too.

The service was good with friendly greetings and smiles all around. The atmosphere was okay, but we felt the dining room could be jazzed up a little. It it rather plain.

Since we don’t live around here, we won’t be back and I’d recommend to not order the lemon chicken or the wonton soup!

Unfortunately 3/4 of our group disliked their meal to a point where we just couldn’t eat it. Photos of previous reviews were severely different. Our food was heavily vinegar-y. Unsure why anyone would want to eat here. The reviews are insanely off. We were the only people dining and the food was so bad we couldn’t eat it.. I know I’ve already stated that but yikes. Photos are what we left behind.

Good food, very customizable, and always fresh. Oh, and Carla at the bar provides superior service. We will miss this place when it closes (date unknown but certain to occur as I understand it)

The previous owner passed away a while back and he knew how to cook real good Chinese food .. my experience years back was good. I am extremely disappointed .. to eat recently. The chicken corn soup tasted like dessert, the shrimp and broccoli .. where the shrimp was overcooked and broccoli practically raw and the brown sauce is like McDonald’s barbecue sauce .. disgusting , they need close down this place

It's been 2 years since my last visit. Moved 2000 miles away. I absolutely love the hot and sour soup! Ordered the large bowl. It's meant to share, but I was selfish and enjoyed it all by myself. For my entree, I chose the China Bell Beef Noodles. Delicious! How can ya go wrong with beef, mushrooms, noodles, all covered in gravy/sauce? Ya can't! Really miss this place.

After your meal, you are invited to help yourself to complimentary ice cream at a self serve station. Yes! It was a great ending to a good meal. The entrees we chose all had some heat (Garlic Supreme, Mongolian beef and the pepper chicken). The ice cream was quite welcome after this spice. I normally love crab Rangoon but theirs was fully packed with cream cheese and crab. It was too thick for me. Otherwise, nice place. The noodles were amazing. Oh the sesame cucumber salad was excelllent!

We had not been here in 20 years and decided to check it out again. Food was excellent. Wife got Garlic delight over steamed noodles and the noodles were awesome. Dish was so yum!! I got the Black Pepper Chicken and it was peppery! Not what I expected but it was very much black pepper flavor. I liked it ok but wouldn't get it again. We got the crab Rangoon and rice noodle salad and both were great! Daughter got the Mongolian chicken. Flavor was great! All in all the food was very good and the atmosphere was really cool. Older but very cool. The free ice cream cones was also a nice treat.
