Ordered online. They did not put the fajitas on, which is the most savory part of the meal. Moral of the story, go inside if they ran out if fajitas then don’t order

This location never has fajita veggies, arguably one of the best parts about chipotle in my opinion. the guy on the register is the best one there, everyone else looks like they hate their life.

Really salty chicken. I don’t feel like going all the way back there today or I would ask for a refund. I paid for double chicken and it’s so salty I have to toss it in the trash. The cook should be taste testing his food.

As usual, excellent food. The service was as good as could be expected. The lunch line tends to be a little slow (as expected). My only concern was that the eating area was very bad... food on the floor, unkempt tables, chairs, etc. It was obvious the eating area had not been touched. This is the main reason I usually order carry out. Yet, the food is plentiful, healthy, and reasonably priced.

I waited close to 15 minutes just to be cheated off my chicken portion, the lady used big spoon to scoop them shook it to drop most of my chicken and then I asked for double chicken.and paid for extra 3.60$ and when I went home the chicken was mostly burnt and bitter !!!!! I also notified the cashier and she said oh she must have given you the right portion and I didn't see that! Definitely dumping everything and will never go back!!

This is the worst place I have been in. I went a few week back and got him a kids meal and they dropped a pen with sauce all over and sauce few over the counter got all over my 75.00 North Face hoodie, ruined 😑. I get accidents happen, but the face not one single person said sorry stated cleaning it up but never offered up a paper towel, or napkin to help customers clean up. They shouldn't stack empty full sauce pans at end of counter. Today I went in they started my order then said there was no meat, okay. So my food started with rice is going to sit there, she said no she got rude and said they had an audit ans was out of food. I'm thinking who breaks a customer that. Trashed the started prepared foods. Then I went and got a sip of my favorite berry drink, watered down so I asked us this down too. She said no, then seen it turned it off it was full of water. She turned off, we left and went to other location and they were serving half raw meat. What gives, have you order the location any Trash the food because food temps are not good then you should probably temporary shut it down until food is ready.

I visited the Chipotle in Grove City, OH, and was really disappointed. We requested white rice, but the staff told us it was only available for online orders. They said they don’t have enough.This doesn’t make sense. The lack of flexibility and customer service left a bad impression. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from Chipotle.

I place a pick up for a quesadilla and instead i get a bowl with rice,steak,and salsa. Also one of the workers actually threw a bag of chips to me that they forgot in the bag instead of handing it to me.

Absolutely THE most DISGUSTING food I’ve ever had. The rice was crunchy and the food tastes like it’s been sitting out for a month. Don’t forget that the portion size was next to NOTHING. Literally you could hear the 4 pieces of rice rolling around in the bowl. I used to eat at Chipotle all the time. Now I will never go back. They make it so hard to even get a refund. I can not say it enough the most DISGUSTING food I’ve EVER had.

they keep making things smaller and raising their prices. 18 bucks for a bowl um 2 more dollars and it will cover Texas roadhouse just a thought.

System was so poor that I couldn't place an order for several hours ahead of time. Tried calling three times and could not speak to a person to try and schedule a future state order. Ordered somewhere else due to their system failure and poor decision to not provide any customer service.
