Terrible service, just left from there and no one wanted to serve me, bunch of kids standing around eating hot cheetos

Meal was terrible. Had to throw it away after 3 bites. Been here a few times. Terrible the last 2. Don't go save your money!

Hey Chipotle, WMG? Where’s My Guac? My to-go order has a half filled cup of guac. If you aren’t going to fill it up, don’t charge me for it. Really ridiculous.

From 2022 years ago: Why are there 15 people waiting 30 minutes past their online pickup time but the 10 people who are in line ordering are getting their food first? I already paid 45 min ago but I have to stand here like a schmuck for 30 min waiting on my online order and watch family after family come in and order and get their food right away. Ridiculous. And this happens all the time.

The workers are so stingy with the portions acting like the food comes out of their paycheck 😭 plus place is always slow and understaffed so I’ll be in line for an hour sometimes…

Food, as always, was good. Kiddos loved it. Restaurant was clean.

They have become very sparse with entree meat. They do not give very much, not like when they first opened.

This chipotle is the worst location I’ve ever been to. They are always out of things, rice is always clumpy with no taste, steak burnt and old. They raise the prices but lower the quality. Such a shame.

I went in twice and I feel for the staff, who constantly need to keep up with demand to a point where cleaning, upkeep, quality control, food safety is all out the door. The need more people and be trained. Wish Chipotle can see how hard they are working and reinvest profits into improving the branch's standards.

The food was good and the man wrapping the burritos did a great job, but this Chipotle had a lot of problems. They were understaffed so the line took forever, the trash was overflowing, the dining room and the one working bathroom were very dirty. The ice machine didn’t have any ice and they were out of all of their specialty drinks. Overall, this is probably the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to.

walked in yesterday around 9:10 and walked right back out. Dude at the counter used the same pair of gloves to handle cash, touch the register they wanted to serve food all with the same gloves AND touched the tortilla for the next burrito.. disgusting i’ll never be back !!

somehow this location is always out of ingredients with none cooking of course, the tables are always dirty, the trash is always overflowing, they’re stingy with portions, and i’ve legitimately never seen the same staff member twice. i’m going to just start driving to the georgesville location honestly

This is the WORST Chipotle. They are always out of food and it’s very dirty. 5 o’clock, “we are out of cheese, steak, chicken, black beans, pinto beans, fajita vegetables…… I mean, we are making them but it will be a little while.”
