The employees decided to close earlier than their hours of operation, when I arrived at 9:42pm their lights were already turned off and when I walked inside and asked if they were open they said no even though the business is advertised to be open until 10 pm. Normally I wouldn’t write a review but since I had to drive quite a bit to get to this location on time before their advertised closing, it’s warranted. Also, there was another two people that arrived just 1 minute after us that had to leave even though they technically arrived on time as well. I would imagine this is really bad for business and hope the managers in charge will correct this.

Fans with the recessed lights could cause issues for those susceptible to seizures. But the ladies behind the counter are on the ball, respectful, and efficient at their craft. As always the ice cream is great, can’t really screw that up I guess.Kid-friendliness: Is ice cream that has candy mixed into it, what kid wouldn’t want that?

So I ordered a cake, and honestly, this was the first time ordering at this location and as you can see I didn't like the writing on the cake I just felt like whoever did this didn't care. They offered me a refund and still , to this day, haven't gotten one. I called and called to speak with the manager, who offered me the refund. But conveniently is never there when I call. And has not returned any of my msg.

Found it interesting how the app offers scheduled pick up yet they didn’t have anything ready… thank god we ordered a birthday cake the day early and not the same day . Wouldn’t been awful. ?

Went an hour before close because my partner wanted ice cream. There were 3 girls working only 1 handling orders for in store customers, one on break, and another preparing delivery orders. The wait was to be expected however the consistency lacked in the product being prepared. A customer ahead of my partner and I received a very generous amount above the largest size available. When it came time for my partner to receive their product instead of doing the same, they tossed the extra product and gave significantly less. I'm thankful I didn't purchase anything because the inconsistency alone was disappointing. The girl handling the delivery orders was a bit more friendly and interactive which bumped the experience up to a 3 out of 5. Would not recommend the location, definitely other ice cream places with better and faster service. The location itself looks a bit dingy, flickering lights, and like the store could go for an all day deep clean.

Love the brand, that's why we visited. Store was dirty and we waited a ridiculously long time with no line in front of us. One girl stood there and did absolutely nothing while we waited. The other girl slowwwwwwwwwwly took our order, and was annoyed that she had to. Charged us for gummy bears and got one. One. They need to deep clean their store, top to bottom, and invest in teaching their staff customer service skills. Will not visit again.
I asked for a strawberry blonde with Chocolate sauce instead of carmel. It took like over almost ten minutes for them to take my order while one of them was standing around doing nothing. They put nothing in ice cream besides the ONE THING i asked them not to..i had to ask them to put the strawberries, whipped topping and grams cracker pie crust in..and then they still only put the strawberries in. It's not that hard, if you didn't remember what was in it literally just turn around the the recipe is on the wall behind them

LOVE their ice cream but last several times i've been the employees say they're out of chocolate waffle cones. I've noticed that they just don't make it and tell customers it's out even though it's a menu item which is pretty frusturating.

This yung lad named kennedy is one of the sweetest employees i have ever met. i come in every friday to conversate with her and get ice cream. she never fails to serve cold and fresh ice cream.

This place is small but customer service is great! They are nice and they are fast too! Very rich ice cream with lots of choices! There are many toppings, mix-ins and such. They have a specialties wall with recommendations on what to put with each ice cream. We usually have fun picking something new or different on the menu. My only set-back is the price is a bit steep, but they definitely make it up to you by giving a large portion. My personal favorite is the chocolate devotion (I LOVE chocolate). They do have many options like mint, fruit flavors and more though! We enjoy visiting this location from time to time.
