I love & eat at Cracker Barrel all the time. This location has an ongoing issue with quality of food. The food took forever. The chicken was excellent, but everything else was rushed. My fried okra was still cold in the center, etc. My server was EXCELLENT. He even went and remade tea when it was stale and not Southern style sweet tea.

The food was very good and filling as usual. Our server was very friendly and attentive. I can't understand, though, why you put your handicapped parking spots the furthest away from the front door. Makes no sense at all.

We have visited the Cracker Barrel in Grove City several times in the past year. With the exception of 1 in 5 visits, the service is not good. We have to track down our server for silverware, coffee creamer, refills, and the food we were served was not what we ordered. The servers tend to hang out and talk with one another more than take care of customers. One exception was a visit with my Dad and his new wife. The server was amazing, attentive, and friendly! Food is usually pretty consistent but not as good as it used to be at this location.

This place is horrible horrible service food hardly cooked lost or gave away a meal. We waited an hour and 15 minutes for food. I complained to cashier check out. She said she would speak to the Back. I spent $71 for a crap meal for my sister-in-law, my nephew, myself and my foster son and my granddaughter. My sister and I Go out to eat on Wednesday mornings. This week we were in Grove city so we went to the Cracker Barrel at the last minute. It was fine at first we got seated. We got our drinks about an hour and 15 minutes went by after we placed our order no food. I told my sister-in-law we’re gonna wait about 10 more minutes and we’re gonna leave then the waiter or waitress Came out and apologized for a few taking so long and then she he showed up again with some food, the bacon look like it had only been flipped over once the scrambled eggs for my foster son and my nephew look like basically they have been thrown in a pan, cut in squares and thrown on the plate. They were very dry and nasty. My sister-in-law‘s French toast was about the size of Half a piece of French toast so I ended up giving her one of my strawberry cheesecake burnt tasting pancakes. We didn’t get any strawberry syrup. We receive syrupin the little Cracker Barrel bottles, not in the little crocks or whatever that is generally served in. Then the kicker was they either lost my Nephew’s meal where it wasn’t placed or they gave it away to somebody else so the waiter waitress came back out and apologized again and said she or she didn’t know what happened to it but they would make it now and it would be out a few few minutes so another 20 minutes later they showed up with food. I gotta tell you the biscuits were flat. They almost reminded you of smashed pieces of ciabatta bread tasting, like baking soda or baking powder. I have never had such horrible food in my life. I did tell the cashier when we checked out and she told me that she would tell about. She did not offer to get a manager or anything. I spent $71 so I will be contactingCracker Barrel corporate here shortly via chat and let them know about this horrible experience. This is the second time that this cracket Barrel I’ve had a horrible experience.

I am extremely disappointed. Despite being a long-time patron of this location, I have noticed a significant decline in quality, remarkably quickly. Although the establishment was not busy, the tables and floors were unclean. The food was served cold, and there was a substantial delay in receiving service. Notably, there were fewer than five tables of patrons during our visit. Furthermore, the new menu is subpar, with many standard options missing. I will not be returning.

I picked up my to-go order. The bag was tied shut so I didn't look inside immediately. A little while after I had left I looked inside to discover the piece of chocolate cake that was part of my order, was not in the bag. I looked at the receipt taped to the bag and someone had written "out" next to the cake. That is understandable. What I find unacceptable and pretty infuriating is the fact that no one told me about it when I picked up the order nor was I refunded for it since I had already paid online when I placed the order.

Cracker Barrel food is pretty consistent. However, the service was just sub par. The worst part was as we were trying to eat, one of the waitresses very noisily swept the floor right next to us without even trying to be courteous.

We waited a good time for our food. When it did arrive I could tell by the appearance it was not going to be good. I ordered the special, chicken & rice. Rice looked dried up. The carrots were white. Cold food! Waitress said I can microwave it. Carrots were not there normal sweet taste. Tasted yucky I left them on my plate. Waitress never said a word.
