Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

The atmosphere was great because it’s as it should be. The CEO hasn’t gotten her hands on it. Hopefully she is promoted back to guest before she does more harm.

My daughter and grandsons chicken strips were overcooked, our biscuits were as hard as hockey pucks and my husband absolutely did not like the taste of the Shepard pie. He said it tasted as if it was reheated. This is the first time we have gotten such poor food from one of your restaurants. It was quite a bad experience.

I guess since the new woke ceo took over, the changes are not for the better! The biscuits were abysmal, the grits were watery, overdone medium eggs, overdone over easy eggs, food was luke warm & the server seemed put off by questions about the gf menu & was rude....maybe it's just this store, but it's definitely NOT the Cracker Barrel we're used to & it was awful.

Very disappointed in their new menu,😟 We have gone there for about 30 years and had family gatherings but now no one wants what is being served- hot sauce in the food should be left up to the individual not added to the food!!
The clincher came when we were asked what alcoholic beverage we wanted with our breakfast! Please go back to your grass roots! 🙏

I always have a great time at Cracker Barrel!! This was the first time taking granddaughter and she had soo much fun!! Coloring at the table and seeing all the toys in the store!! I. Always gonna be Cracker Barrels biggest fan!!

The service was bad. The food was a little better. Both of our orders were missing sides but they still changed us full price. The waitress just said they were out.

The servers are always so kind and attentive. Food is reliably the same and very good. Critically for me, the sodium content ans general nutrional info was listed online for every item I looked up. Hot chocolate is still much too sweet for my taste but it's better than just about any other AND it's available year round!!

We were there for lunch and it was so loud you could not have a conversation with each other. The tables & Chairs were very dirty.

I have been going to Cracker Barrel for years . Especially for the breakfast. I loved it then and I still do. Always clean courteous and pleasant.,thank you Cracker Barrel
