Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I stopped by Dairy Queen and it was just okay overall. The service was fine and the food came out in a normal amount of time, but nothing really stood out. My order tasted decent, just not as fresh or flavorful as I was hoping for. It wasn’t bad, just not great. For the price, it felt fair, but there are definitely better options around if you’re looking for something more impressive. 3 out of 5 stars.

My family and I went through the drive through and purchased a few baskets and ice and our burgers witch were not correct. So I went in and asked to speak to the manager, and I heard them call for “lake”. He came up and was very impatient, was rushing me. And snobby, he then said he had to talk to the drive through crew. In which I heard them bad mouthing me in worlds of “fat and big back” from the manager. At that point, I grabbed my things and left due to the fact I felt utterly disrespected. Will not be returning to this Dairy Queen.

I'm really tired of coming to this location and them not having chocolate ice cream. I'm a regular here and it seems to always be broken. I stopped coming for about 2 months and decided to give it another shot. And its still not available. I guess I'll be finding another place to stop.

Stopped at this location on two separate occasions in two different months and both times they were out of chocolate ice cream. I’m confused. It’s like McDonald’s being out of fries.

I was just in here today at 7:45 PM. And was told there is no chocolate ice cream. This is my third time being here. Just last week. The same thing I don't know what's going on Dairy Queen figure it out There is a competition right up the street so I left.

I’ve had staff attempt to refuse to honor coupons because they can’t do math. Only grudgingly did the staff member honor the coupon. Have also seen a manager disrespect another employee while trying to order here.

Blizzards were not fresh they are pre made.You could tell by the liquid in them . Drive thru young lady was nice though only reason for the extra stars

We ordered a large chocolate ice cream with candy crunch.. and when we got it, we got a small taster cup for 99 cents extra.. hardly any on the ice cream..
Then we hear a black lady screaming that we need another extra small cup of candy crunch... very unprofessional.

The only issue is: The fountain drink dispenser is by the restrooms. Knowing that fecal matter floats through the air and the fountain drinks are right beside the restroom door just grosses me out. Other than that.. it's a pretty good place to eat
