We ordered from Donotos online and were shocked to find a $9 tip automatically added to our total without our permission. When we called the store to ask for it to be removed, the workers were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. They refused to take the tip off and acted like we were the problem for even bringing it up. The pizza arrived lukewarm and tasted average at best—definitely not worth the price we ended up paying. Between the poor service, the surprise charges, and the mediocre food, this was a really disappointing. experience. We won’t be ordering from Donotos again

I have nothing but good to say about the donatos on Broadway and Grove City. Their staff have been excellent service to us and on the one untimely day that they got it wrong they made everything right right away.

Good was great Trina was awesome like always place was clean but needs some repair you sit on the toilet and it’s a roller coaster ride it’s not bolted down at all and the place just need overhauled it’s looking like something you see in the hood like no one cares which is sad this is a nice area step up donatos and take care of your property food was good service was great need more employees like Trina that care about her customers unlike the rest here

The service was some of the best that I have ever had the employees were super nice and kind I went on a late Sunday night and still got service with a smile and the food was excellent I highly recommend this location over the years donatoes can be hit or miss but this food was on point this location will definitely be on my list

Ordered a chef salad only with Xtra meat and cheese they gave us a half full salad bowl with almost nothing on the lettuce at all absolutely PITIFUL you should be ASHAMED to put anyone out like that charged 15 dollars for it I won't be back to this location I will go to Washington courthouse location from now on
