My 2nd order from this company 2 different states. The 1st order was messed up, ok I got over it you know mistakes happen. Now for my 2nd order to be just as bad ok now I'm upset. They don't listen to add nor not add certain toppings. I said NO CHEESE all CAPS and cheese was put on it anyway so now I can't even eat it. I wanted water, instead I got Gatorade, um I don't drink Gatorade. Jersey Mike's never again and will not recommend.

Horrible store, who steals customers money. I ordered food through Uber Eats from this location. The Uber driver texted me and said they will not give him my food. I called the store and they stated they ran out of an ingredient and would not send me my food even though I already paid. I asked for a refund and they refused to refund me. Wow, pure thieves.

3 times in a row it took them over 45 minutes to make my pickup order. Each time I arrived at the pickup time and they hadn’t even started the order. It would be different if they were hustling but these workers just move so slow.

We ordered the big kahuna cheesesteak beef it had no grilled pepper or onions and no no jalapeños it just had the meat and cheese we each got the large for almost 18$ 34.60 total just not what we we were suppose to get if I wanted just meat and cheese I would not have order this in store

The food wasn't bad, it would've been better if I couldve gotten my Italian sub toasted like I can at any other Jersey Mike's location, especially since I'm paying over $10 for a "regular" size sub.

Pulled up to this location before I got out saw a couple get denied as the worker said closed for the day. If that's the case shouldn't have this location.
This location is not open. Management has neglected to update the hours. Looks like it's currently under constitution

It appears my review i left yesterday Sunday the 20th at 7pm has been taken down somehow. I'm going to keep posting this review until it sticks. On Sunday at 6:30ish I stopped into the Buckeye Pkwy location. As I walked in a person saw me and went to the back as i walked in. The place is empty. I hear people talking in the back. I wait. I wait. I walk over to the cash register side to see if I can get someone's attention. I drop my keys o. The counter to make some noise. I walk back around to where you order. Someone comes through the door from the back and gestures in the air they are back there. Keeps walking. Then staff comes walking through the door and someone not in uniform. Every last one ignore me. One says something about having to pee. I said "f it, I'm out". I walked out the door and I opened it with my foot. I went to my car and they all followed out and asked if I had a problem. I said I was standing in there waiting and nobody can be bothered to serve me. One of them says I'm lying and wasn't waiting in there. More choice low intelligence words are exchanged. They tell me not to come back. No problem, wasn't planning on it. You can get a sandwich anywhere. It's simply trash service I don't need to reward with my money. If you don't fix this you will be closed. Problem solved.
