Third party drivers deserve an honest, clear, up-front expected wait time if the order is not ready, so we can assess if we want to just cancel and move on, or actually wait. We earn per order, not time, so being told it will be just a few minutes, but it really is going to be 45 min, during dinner rush, is a huge disservice to us and screws our earnings and momentum. It's highly unprofessional to give bs wait times to us. Please consider becoming more transparent on this issue. This way we can also more effectively communicate with the customers, who often are sending us messages, asking what's going on.

Couldn’t get the online or text order to work so tried to call the location to place an order… after saying “can I place a carry out order?” I was hung up on. Usually love this location but staffing is changing I guess (sad)
I needed the bathroom and an employee said that it is only for employees when there are 2 bathrooms that work very good in that place, I was urgent like be nice with people dudes, I was a customer!!!

I ordered takeout & went to my car to wait... after waiting a bit I suddenly had the urge to pee. So I went in to ask to use their restroom, they said no & stood on business lol I had to go so I asked for my money & took back my tip. The sign did say no public restroom, so i wouldnt have asked if it wasn't urgent. I was the only guest in the place & a paid customer. W/ that being said, I wont be back. I cant support a business who dont have a restroom for paying customers. Like seriously, what if i or any paying guest had a medical condition we were too embarrassed to share, yall would really allow us to piss ourselves?
