This was a good experience. I love the way they lay out the inside of their restaurants. Their signage is always funny. The place was clean and well maintained. The service was a tad slow, but the sub was good.

It’s been over an hour and I still do not have my delivery. I believe they use Uber eats now for deliveries, so if I were you I would order through there. You can’t track where your order is or adjust the tip through their app.

Do not try to save time ordering online. I’ve ordered and paid online a few times but they don’t make the sandwich until you’re there. If it was cash I’d understand because of no-shows.

I come to this specific Jimmy John’s pretty regularly because it’s close to my work and they do a great job! The staff are friendly, and my order (I usually order online and come in to pick it up) is always completed very quickly. I always customize my sandwiches, adding and subtracting things and it’s extremely extremely rare that they make a mistake on my order. And even on that rare occasion it was a small mistake that wasn’t a big deal, I could still eat my sandwich. Most of the time, they are absolutely spot on and my sandwiches are amazing. They deserve 5 stars in my book!

I went through the drive thru and before I opened the sub I could feel how hard the bread was so I walked in and asked if they could remake my sandwiches. They just looked at the bread which was all over cooked and said “they all came out at the same time” So I left with my hard breaded sandwich. When I came home to open my sub, I found 3 tomatoes, the sandwich typically has 6, I asked for cucumbers, again only 3, the serving size for the meat looked half of the actual serving size for a turkey Tom but there was a ton of lettuce. Do NOT recommend this location!
