I was not greeted when I walked-in first and foremost. Second of all I felt like I was an inconvenience. Next time I will stick to the Jimmy John's on Morse Road I feel like I am a valued customer.

Bought an 18" sandwich and it was not cut at all, kind of hard to eat a foot and a half sandwich that's not cut. Both employees were on a break and eating, they seemed super annoyed to have to stop and wait on the only customer. The pickle was cut in half not quarters and while it's annoying, all the other places know how to operate a knife and cut sandwiches and pickles. 3/5 as the food quality was good, just would like to pass along to maybe check the Jimmy Johns training guide on slicing a pickle into 1/4th not half. Also on cutting an 18" sandwich.

They are in such a hurry they don't pay attention to customers orders you pay 10.00 for sandwich and don't get what u want .called back complained about my order and they was rude and did not offer to do anything about my order .I'll make sure to tell all my friends they are better off going to subway đ¤¨

In the handful of visits to this location I have never had a good lunch. If you like your bread with the texture of leather then this is your place . The sandwiches here are awful. I am surprised this place exist âŚ.. if anyone is in the market to open a sub shop , come to Grove City you will have instant success . The picking is so slim for deli sandwiches in this town .

Awful service. Bread undercooked. Rude and petty workers not worth your time to come here. Drive farther out for good jimmy John's. Tried to get a refund and the lady fought with me even when I gave her back merchandise. Never been to such an awful jimmy John's location. Hope I never have to again.

Let me start off by saying this. When I say I wouldnât recommend itâs not because of the food. I would highly recommend it but not at this location. This makes the second time we have been there and have had very rude people serving us. For real if you donât like your job or canât be some what friendly then leaveđ¤ˇââď¸ but anywho we walked in to get some lunch. No one was there. One womanâs was working. She did say hello Iâll be with you in a minute or hi welcome in. No acknowledgement what so ever. We we finally started to order we asked questions about what is on a sandwich. She was talking soooo low in tone I couldnât hear so I very nicely asked again if it had may. So she repeats with a grunt lettuce tomato mayo. Nothing else. I asked if they had a salt pepper mix shaker, her replay was again ver rudely we donât do that here. Please letâs train our staff to be a little nicer to customers. Because this is really ridiculous to be treated like that. Image if I had to drop my food allergies on her what would she have done then with me asking questions to make sure I was safe đ¤ˇââď¸đ¤Śââď¸
I order from here regularly (almost weekly). The food is always fresh and delicious. The service is consistently fast and friendly. I want to try all of your subs, but I can't stop ordering the Country Club. It is so delicious!!

Went to JJ today. A Saturday. Do not go on a weekend. They were in there chatting up a storm. In sweat pants, Iâd assume that were worn the night before. To forever. Missing ingredients. Wrap wasnât wrapped. The staff was dog water. I eat here through the week and itâs done right. Bunch of lazy bums.

Absolute worst service you could get. Ordered at 11:15. Hour went by. Order still hadnât been delivered, yet received two calls from the location but did not leave a message. Brought my coworkers order 15min later. Stated that they had no idea about my order and that it wasnât in their system. Delivery driver âlookedâ in their car for my order. Finally got ahold of the location after 20 calls. Was told that MY order was undeliverable, despite being in the parking lot of a DENTAL OFFICE. A BUSINESS. Then proceeded to say, âwhat do you want me to do about it?â Refund has not gone through, and sub has not been delivered. Absolutely bonkers.

Our food and drinks reaked of smoke from the delivery driver. The last 3/4 deliveries from this location has had the same issue. The bread on my sandwich had burnt crust. They should've thrown this loaf away instead of serving to customers.
