Me and my wife shows up at 8:30 pm to get a sub after work and the lady was outside smoking a cigarette then she walks in and locked the door we pulled on the door she just kept looking at me and online says open until 9pm closing up 30 minutes early is unacceptable I will be calling corporate on this

I was not greeted when I walked-in first and foremost. Second of all I felt like I was an inconvenience. Next time I will stick to the Jimmy John's on Morse Road I feel like I am a valued customer.

Bought an 18" sandwich and it was not cut at all, kind of hard to eat a foot and a half sandwich that's not cut. Both employees were on a break and eating, they seemed super annoyed to have to stop and wait on the only customer. The pickle was cut in half not quarters and while it's annoying, all the other places know how to operate a knife and cut sandwiches and pickles. 3/5 as the food quality was good, just would like to pass along to maybe check the Jimmy Johns training guide on slicing a pickle into 1/4th not half. Also on cutting an 18" sandwich.

They are in such a hurry they don't pay attention to customers orders you pay 10.00 for sandwich and don't get what u want .called back complained about my order and they was rude and did not offer to do anything about my order .I'll make sure to tell all my friends they are better off going to subway 🤨

In the handful of visits to this location I have never had a good lunch. If you like your bread with the texture of leather then this is your place . The sandwiches here are awful. I am surprised this place exist ….. if anyone is in the market to open a sub shop , come to Grove City you will have instant success . The picking is so slim for deli sandwiches in this town .
