Decided to order some dinner at KFC. After waiting 20 minutes at the register for someone to acknowledge our existence, I then had to wait an hour for the food to come out. Just to be given the wrong order. When I asked for the correct order, I was ignored for another 15 minutes. Do not come here.
They are rude and they clearly don’t know what they’re doing.
I had dinner here today and the food was hot, fresh and delicious. The service was fast and very friendly employees. The manager is very nice. The dining room was really clean. I'll be back=)
My complaint is for KFC Stringtown Rd, Grove City, OH
ordered the 8 pc dinner bucket, original recipe. Chicken was old, hard & tough.
We are done with KFC. This is not the first bad experience.
