Was missing food items. Return to the store to get what I was missing. They refused to give me the items I was missing and paid for. Kfc stole my money.

Went thru the drive thru...Had a coupon for a Bucket meal. When I asked for no thighs and wanted to substitute wings, Was told they had no other chicken available.And if I wanted a special order , I would have to pull over and wait for fifteen to twenty minutes. The place had no other customers at the time. I will say this was the first time ever That this has happened. I do hope it's the last time.It happens because I do love k f c.

Placed an online order and went through the drive through to pick it up. It said it was ready on the KFC app, and with only one car leaving the drive through when we arrived, I thought everything was good to pick up.
We pulled up and waited for someone to address us through the speaker, but several minutes passed before we were even greeted. Having already paid for it made leaving not much of an option.
When we were finally greeted and I let them know I was there to pick up an online order, they complained that I sat and waited for them to answer and that I should have came in instead of running up their timer. The attitude continued and I had to park and go in to pick up my order.
When I get inside I’m told they are making it and I wait another 7-10 minutes for them to make it. When I am finally given my food I am questioned about us having a drink like I am lying, and I had to point it out on the ticket before I was given a cup. I should have checked more carefully because I should have had two drinks but in my frustration I left with only one.
That level of service is unacceptable, regardless of the pressure they may be under to reduce their times. To have employees trying to chastise customers for interfering with their fraudulent order times speaks of deep issues

Today is Juneteenth of 2025 I waited at the ordering speaker for 3 minutes, asked if anybody was there a few minutes ago by and still nothing. So I pull around to the window both employees on shift completely ignored me so I pull around the back of the building to exit and they’re taking the persons order that was behind me in line

Worst customer service ever. Don't except to use the KFC coupon that is texted to you and loaded to your google wallet. The manager lied to my face telling me that the deal is online only. They obviously don't even know how their system work. There is no online option. Only a barcode that they scan or manually enter. Since we couldn't get the deal, we went next door to Canes. Also they had no crispy chicken. Like always they are out of stuff. KFC really needs to take a close look at the people they have running these stores. It's no wonder places like Canes and Chick-fil-A are more successful.

Unbelievably nasty bathrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days and staff was very unhappy with their job trash was full would recommend choosing a different place

Went through the drive thru tonight. Ordered the new dunk it bucket combo. Didn't get a receipt, any sauce, and the food was cold.

went thru drive thru ordered chicken combo unsweetened tea tea had no ice period ask for ice he poured it out filled it back again no ice also ask for honey got to motel no honey no utensils to eat with called mgr he acted like it was not a big deal!!!!! STAY AWAY FOOD COLD AND GREASEY
I've been here maybe 3 times in over 8 years and EVERY single time something goes wrong. Really good at forgetting items too

We ordered KFC tonight for dinner and used GrubHub.
First off, we ordered original and I'm pretty sure they gave us extra crispy.
Second, We got 2 orders of mashed potatoes and gravy and ordered an extra side of large gravy and did not receive that either.
Third the chicken was subpar not good not bad just okay and really crispy.
THEN I tried to call them, a total of 6 times with no answer it just rang and rang and rang and still got no answer. So I personally have to go there tomorrow since nobody wants to answer the phone to fix their mistakes. It's ridiculous the last time we ordered our food from there they forgot to give us our extra gravy too. They can NEVER get an order right and then when they miss up an order they can NEVER fix it or replace what they forgot to give somebody with their order. Wasted money. Almost $50 wasted for subpar food and the crappiest service I have received.
