went thru drive thru ordered chicken combo unsweetened tea tea had no ice period ask for ice he poured it out filled it back again no ice also ask for honey got to motel no honey no utensils to eat with called mgr he acted like it was not a big deal!!!!! STAY AWAY FOOD COLD AND GREASEY

We ordered KFC tonight for dinner and used GrubHub.
First off, we ordered original and I'm pretty sure they gave us extra crispy.
Second, We got 2 orders of mashed potatoes and gravy and ordered an extra side of large gravy and did not receive that either.
Third the chicken was subpar not good not bad just okay and really crispy.
THEN I tried to call them, a total of 6 times with no answer it just rang and rang and rang and still got no answer. So I personally have to go there tomorrow since nobody wants to answer the phone to fix their mistakes. It's ridiculous the last time we ordered our food from there they forgot to give us our extra gravy too. They can NEVER get an order right and then when they miss up an order they can NEVER fix it or replace what they forgot to give somebody with their order. Wasted money. Almost $50 wasted for subpar food and the crappiest service I have received.

Ordered the 8 tender meal with fried and coleslaw. The whole meal was terrible, coleslaw was warm the fries were soggy and cold. They only gave us 1 biscuit when we were suppose to get 4. I ordered a sweet tea, got unsweetened tea with no ice. Also the tenders were bad too.

Ordered for delivery by GrubHub. Driver didn't bring tea. Notified GrubHub Sat. Dec. 14. Tried speaking to KFC about coleslaw and chicken not tasting right. Chicken was overcooked as original recipe tasted like crunchy. Told to call GM today. When I called she not there. Said she left for family emergency. Not ordering again. Coleslaw usually my favorite at KFC.

Drink was flat, chicken tenders dry but greasy on outside, they gave me the wrong drink at first, then didn’t give me any sauces I requested. Lady working drive thru looks like she on drugs. Not a family place

Decided to order some dinner at KFC. After waiting 20 minutes at the register for someone to acknowledge our existence, I then had to wait an hour for the food to come out. Just to be given the wrong order. When I asked for the correct order, I was ignored for another 15 minutes. Do not come here. They are rude and they clearly don’t know what they’re doing.

Ordered a $5 box, order was correct and presented well.

However, while waiting on the order, noticed the floor area under the food cases...was not clean as I would expect, noticed smashed fries, other food droppings was on the floor, walked over, napkins on the floor, as well as empty containers under where the cooked food is. Was able to get one pic, pulled up alittle farther and wish I would have taken the time to click on the video to show worse to the left....not something a customer wants to see....

I usually don't complain about a thing but this whole experience sucked. I had a long day at work, getting ready to watch this Tyson fight. Been thinking about KFC Coleslaw all day. Go to this location on my way home. I dont go to a KFC unless theres traffic but they had it going on so I pulled up. I ordered a 4pc with coleslaw, a diet coke and a side of mashed potatoes. Girl at the window with the pimple patches all over her face doesnt say a word to me the 3 times we interact. Its whatever. Work sucks, I get it. Drive home. Open my box and the first thing i see is two sides of potatoes and NO COLESLAW. Heated at this point because the whole reason I went there isnt even in my order. Then I turn my attention to my 4 pc of chicken. Nah . My 3.2 pieces of chicken. The wing I can cover with my thumb. It looks like it belongs on those KFC Crocs! Double heated now. Took a bite of this chicken and I swear this chicken was alive when Mike went to prison. Lord they served me A CHICKEN MUMMY. Chicken so shriveled and dry I had to eat the biscuit for moisture. The potatoes were so old they had become one with the gravy. This for was for sure made hours ago.

And I'm sure everybody else there had the same experience, but I'm the only one fed up enough to say something. This is my one legit meal today and this is how you did me. For like $16+ bucks on top of it? This is how you act?! This why most KFCs stay empty. Employees as warm as their 6 hr old chicken. It takes a lot for me to even think about acting up but yall earned it. Hope you get the business you deserve.

So I ordered off the app to hope it would be ready by time I got there. I went through the drive thru. It seemed like the van in front of me was ordering the whole menu. Finally got to the speaker I told them I had placed a order through the app. All she told me was pull around hopefully it will be ready by the time you get here. The van was in front of me was taking forever at the window as well. Finally got to the window. She tried saying I was ordered the car behind me. I said I was the mobile order. Gave her my name again. She told me she was going to have to wait for it even though she told me it might be ready by the time I got to the window. She has me pull into a parking spot but it was hard to see because their outside lights are not turned on. Are they trying to tell people that they aren't open? It is a safety hazard for them and customers that come through. I am going to assume this woman is a manager. She seemed like she didn't want to work so she definitely needs to find a new job if she doesn't want to work.

now I know why everybody's at canes, And nobody's at KFC. The food is cold, and they overcook the chicken and the lady taking the orders was rude.
it's the third time we've come here try to give it another chance didn't want to wait in the long line of canes.

So just got a family bucket, I asked specifically how many chicken breast were on the bucket, she said 3. Come to my house to find out there was none. Get serious and be honest if you do not' have chicken breast at the moment, I could wait or simply will go somewhere else. Chicken breast is the only thing I can eat. I m pissed off. I called multiple times and they do not answer the phone, I told KFC changed managers and was better than before, I went there again to give another try but what a disappointment.
