It was so bad I tried to call the corporate office walked in and waited and waited management even came by the register and didn't even acknowledge me why I was there ended up leaving going to eat somewhere else this is a new KFC this should not happen this has happened more than once

This place has good food and an good atmosphere but the service is bad due to not having enough employees working.The district manager at this food chain deserves to be fired for not having enough employees working on an Friday.Only 3 workers for real dude.You suck as a manager.

We ordered a 16 pice meal and an 8 pice meal with door dash $110.65 total.it came with the chicken nothing else we drove 30 min one way an hour round trip to get the order fixed they had an attitude with my wife and still forgot the biscuits they are flat out lazy and do not want to do there job dout wast you time with this place they can't get a $100 order right with two attempts

This place is terrible. I came through the drive thru and this was around 4:30pm. They didn't have any original made. Only the crispy. The guy gave me major attitude because I told him I would wait 20 minutes for them to make it. I set in the parking lot for them to bring the food. Well past 20 minutes, I may add. I watched the guy bring others their food out and he was pulling the door shut hard and frustrated. Buddy, if you don't like your job then quit. People isn't your thing. Terrible, terrible place

I submitted my order on Friday prior to Mother's day, and the day of pickup I happened to check status of my order on the way to pick it up to find out that it had been canceled. No phone call or nothing received from 2815 London Groveport Road, Grove City store. When I called the 800 number to complain I received someone who could barely speak English, which is aggravating when they're suppose to be in customer service, but was told that they ran out. Not sure how my order was not fulfilled being that it was received two days prior, must be lack of management. It's was a huge disappointment for the mothers of our party as they are the ones who requested KFC for their mothers day dinner. I can assure you we will no longer do business with KFC in the future.

This location absolutely sucks. I ordered 2 meals today for delivery. I tried calling to ask a question about it today. Called 4 times no answer. And then they forgot an entire meal out my order and the 5th time they still didn't answer so I had to pay another delivery and tip. Also they always leave out the condiments butter, honey, comeback sauce. They forget things all the time. U always have to check ur bags and boxes cause If not you'll be out of luck. There's always items missing. Also if u go in at the counter nobody is ever watching it. A few mos ago I had to call and say I was there. Surprisingly they did answer that time. I'd just like to know why management thinks it's acceptable to never answer their phone and to always forget things. There's no quality control or customer service. Just saying don't expect to be able to call these ppl or to get help in dining. And make sure to check every single little thing cause they absolutely suck!

The manager was very frustrated. Short staffed is my guess. The husband ordered a 3pc tender deal for $5.99. He received 3pc chicken. I ordered a chicken pot pie. Today was the 1st time I ever ate a chicken pot pie with absolutely no chicken in it. Just veggies and sauce. I mean, it was good but would have been a lot better with chicken. The poor manager guy was having such a hard day. I didn't want to push him over the edge, so to say.

BEWARE I ordered the two piece combo. Menu board said $8.15... cashier said $8.15. HOWEVER when I got home I looked at the receipt was charged $11.15 ???? WHAT adding a tip ???? Filed a complaint with my bank. Will not return so your extra $3.00 add on cost you more then $3.00.
The chicken was raw and under cooked they didn't have silverware gave me no honey for my biscuits.

I came in today, Monday, March 24, at 10:35am. I was not greeted in a professional manner. Was greeted with what do you want? The young lady wasn't very interested in working. The young lady and the person who made my order was more interested in being on their phones than caring about doing their jobs. I ordered 2 chicken littles and a large root beer. Needless to say that the pop tasted better than the sandwiches. Chicken was cold for just opening for the day. I guess the employees in this store don't care. That's a real shame.
