Only 1 person working. Ordered Mashed potatoes with no gravy and they had gravy on them. Famous bowl was not in a bowl, but instead a rectangle container. Service was rushed and Drive Thru and lot were messy.

The wife and I have been there several times and every time they forget something we ordered.
We call to inform them and they tell you to come back, well there are times you just can't go directly back.
So today we went to get a pot pie they forgot a few days ago and the people behind the counter got nasty.
We will not go there again as there is a Popeyes on the other side of town.

Tried to go inside but the doors were locked. Waited at the drive-through for over 10 minutes to discover they were out of the item I wanted. Thought I’d get some mashed potatoes and gravy but then the employee asked me what size so I ask what the difference was. She said one was larger than the other. I said well can you tell me how many large feeds? There was a short pause and she said no. At that point I gave up and left. I would not recommend this place!

8piece chicken ...way over cooked ...got answering machine when called to mention it!! You've got to be kidding its like they don't have time or don't want to take the time to answer. Very disappointed..won't be back ...4 customers...gone.

When your short staffed 2nmemeber and have a new cook training.... either shut your lobby down or close your drive through. Turn off online orders. Chicken has been out for about 30 min, people being told it's a 45 minute wait for chicken. People stacked in the lobby waiting for orders already taken and money taken and then being told they can't do refunds is ridiculous. Learn to manage your store better.

We were just there in the drive thru today, and my husband ordered a chicken sandwich. We got home and they had put a chicken thigh with bones and all in between two slices of bread. He bit into it and bit the bone. Crazy. He could have choked. The strips were also very dry and stale from being under the heat lamp for who knows how long. Terrible customer service from the girl taking orders too.

The lady at the window was exceptionally nice when above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we need I even made sure to tell her that she was very very nice

Absolutely filthy people with long shaggy hair and no hair nets bathrooms were disgusting and it wasn't something that just happened these bathrooms hadn't been cleaned in weeks yo can tell

It would be a great choice for the owner to stop in and see what he/she is paying for . We waited at the counter for AT LEAST 10 minutes. Employees saw we were there, never came over. By the way, we were the only ones in line and drive thru was not busy when we came in. Finally, after waiting and being ignored, the guy working the drive through finally told the girl, hey you have people waiting. The girl came over, looking like we completely disturbed her from “working so hard”. The first thing we went to order was a chicken pot pie. She turns around to open up an empty oven and said we don’t have any. By this point, I was over it. We left, so you missed out on a sale…So to the GM or owner or anyone who cares about the quality or future of the business, you lost our business. And I’m sure, you’re losing a lot more than just mine, because you have failed to check up on your investment . You’d think with a google review as low as yours, that would tip you off to address it.

Drove 15mins from the Lincoln Village KFC after waiting there for 15mins at speaker without anyone getting any service, no one taking orders/at register window. The young man at this location greeted and took our order right away. He was very nice. Our food was to us within 3mins and it was hot and fresh. Thank you for that!!

Waited at the window for a very long time to be told all crispy chicken was a 20 minute wait. Saturday evening 7-19-26 - girl was a little rude - but my question is how can every piece of crispy chicken be a 20 minute wait - and she said there was no white meat at all. How does that happen?

It was so bad I tried to call the corporate office walked in and waited and waited management even came by the register and didn't even acknowledge me why I was there ended up leaving going to eat somewhere else this is a new KFC this should not happen this has happened more than once
