Going through the drive thru, ordering, taking my payment, and then being told I have to pull ahead and wait for over 10 minutes is wild to me. If you cant serve people efficiently using the model of a drive thru then it shouldn't be used at all.

Very poor excuse for a business!!! Manager there will do an interview with people then tells those people to call in a couple of days. He never answers the phone and if the person goes in to check on their application he hides in the office and tells the employees to tell the person he's not there. Why say you are hiring then not wanting to hire people? This has happened to at least 10 to 15 people I know plus the others he has done the same thing to. The manager at the Stringtown Rd location does the same thing. Don't play games with people that's not right. If the managers don't like hiring people they don't need to work there!!! Plus their food is nasty. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! NOT WORTH IT!!! POPEYES IS BETTER THAN THIS LOCATION AND THE STRINGTOWN RD LOCATION!!! The health Dept needs to be called on them as well!!!

Was just waiting n the lobby waiting 10 minutes and not a soul in sight .leave after confirming no one is anywhere to be found . decide to go through the drive-through and I’m still not helped once again. Can’t see anyone inside the store whatsoever. Call the store to find out if they were open and the manager on duty is just as unprofessional as the service.will not be going back any time soon

Previously, I went to this restaurant and was able to order the eight piece chicken +8 piece tenders meal, but this time they made me order it online so I did. They told me it would be a bit of a wait so they said they were throwing a couple extra pieces of chicken. OK, thumbs up.
After waiting nearly 30 minutes, and seeing multiplelarge orders, go out before mine (that came in after mine) I asked if they could also throw in another order of fries. Figured it would be the least they could do for my extra wait. “ sorry honey, I can’t do that.”

VERY disappointed. Spending upwards of $45 to only getting 3/4 of your order is sad. Especially after asking window staff if that was all and him confirming yes. And when trying to call a d tell them about it, no answer. I see why other chains are taking your patrons.
horrible. ordered 50 dollars worth of food and half was missing. called and was laughed at. y'all suck and I don't know why you even have jobs.

Ordered 2 chicken sandwich meals. The chicken was the worst we ever had! Sandwich was smashed in the wrapper and not crispy at all and we ate them 2 minutes after we left drive thru. Tasted like they were sitting under heat lamp for a few hours. We will never go back!

TERRIBLE service, GO TO POPEYES INSTEAD. wrong food? old food? missing food? ALL OF THE ABOVE. I'm never coming back and I HONESTLY can't wait to see the day this KFC closes for good. There's always a new manager because the place is so mismanaged and no one cares, there's no chance it stays open for another 5 years with service like this.
