This experinece was the worst since I started ordering from Marco's. My order was late (by 50 mins) and it was cold. Since they started using DoorDash to deliver their food service has gone down hill..

NEVER ready when expected. Seems like chaos when I go to pick up my pizza. First time I went, I had to wait almost one hr after being told it would take about 25 min. And my order was wrong. The remade my pizza but felt like I should have been given a discount or credit for the next time I would order. Gave them a second chance. When I arrived to pick up my pizza, they did not have record of my order, so another wait. Gave them a third chance couple weeks ago, which was a mistake. Another hour wait with other customers also complaining about wait time and misplaced orders. Good pizza but good luck getting your order in a timely manner, if they get it at all.

We tried the new Triple Pepperoni Magnifico last night, and it was awesome! We usually get the thin crust for our pizzas, but since this was a new limited time specialty pizza, we stuck with the original crust. Plus, we ordered extra sauce, which we thought would be better with a bit thicker crust. For this pizza, the original crust was perfect. The three different pepperonis were tasty and gave a delicious twist to the same old usual pepperoni topping. The sauce and cheese were good, and we will definitely try this again. This is the second time we had a specialty pizza from Marco's, and both have been outstanding.

Waited at the drive through window for 15 minutes, no one ever came to the window. Called and advised I was sitting at the window (with cars behind me), and was told someone would be there - waited 5 more minutes. Parked my car and went inside, my food was sitting on a shelf (not in the heated area). By the time I got it, it was cold, and I realized when I got home it was missing the sauces. I did the survey and asked for a manager to contact me, no response.

If you want something as advertised, the Triple Pizza Magnifico is not it. Yes, it was 11.99. Yes, it had 3 kinds of pepperoni, but it had very little of the spicy cupped pepperonis and even less of the pepperoni strips. These weren't spread to the edge. Seems like they took the amount for a medium and tried to make it fit onto a large crust. Speaking of the crust, the outer edges were very tough to chew.

First and most likely last time ever trying Marco’s. I ordered online at 8:02 pm, email confirmation said it would be ready at 8:37 pm. I arrived in the drive thru at 8:35 pm, someone was at the window quickly and told me they were boxing it up. A few minutes go by a different worker comes to the window, I should the email, they said one moment and never came back. About 10 mins go by and yet another worker comes asks me about my order, I show them, they go and I’m left waiting, AGAIN. Time continues to go by, I never left the window due to no other cars coming so I just stayed there. Multiple workers passing even a couple of the ones I spoke with, looking at me and never coming back to the window. Finally at 9:12 the original worker that I spoke with said oh my goodness I’m so sorry I forgot about you, walked away, came back 5 mins later. The box was already cold to the touch and by 9:18 I was able to pull away.
Honestly my expectations wasn’t high for our late order. But, they wasn’t so low that I was going to get cold food after waiting 43 mins

Always incredibly slow. It takes them 45-60 minutes from when you order online to when it's ready to be picked up. Every single time I come here I end up waiting forever for my food even when I show up after the estimated pickup time. If I ever come here again, I'll leave myself 60 minutes of leadway time - I suggest you do the same.

The guy at the front desk was nice and refused to take a tip because of how slow thing and unorganized the service was.

Killed a cockroach for them that was crawling around the restruant.

I ordered take out through Grubhub and had a problem with every item I ordered. The margherita pizza came with no basil drizzle. The garden salad came without croutons. I ordered the new inferno cheesy bread and received regular bread. I ordered 2 extra garlic sauces and did not receive them. This was the first and last time I will order from Marcos Pizza

I opted for a basic X-large pepperoni pizza from a recommended chain restaurant, but unfortunately, it fell short in terms of flavor and sauce. The rushed preparation, likely due to the Saturday night demand, was evident in the careless cut. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Horrible wait times when told it would only be 10 minutes for our food. This is absolutely uncalled for with the way I was spoken to on the phone by the lady at the story is just so unprofessional. I work in the food industry and understand things happen but when I’m treated poorly and can’t be given a time frame for my food to arrive mixed with an attitude and lack of concern toward the customer, I just can’t tolerate that. I’d order from somewhere else honestly. Not worth the wait or the attitude

My husband just returned from there. To say he was upset is an understatement, and I cannot blame him one bit. Our order totaled 62.00. He had a 100 dollar bill. He was rudely told they do not take 100 dollar bills. You are a business that doesn’t take money. Gotcha. He then had to go to two different establishments to break the bill. When he returned to pay, he noticed the wings were bone in, he ordered boneless, I know because I was standing right there, when he brought it to her attention she was once again rude implying that was not what he ordered when in fact he did. He left only to realize something else wrong with the order, we had not gotten our salad. He went back, again, and brought it to her attention. No apologies. No nothing. The manager was just as bad. I have no complaints about their food, in fact we love their food as we have ordered there many times even driving from Galloway to pick it up, but never again will we order from there due to the way he was treated and had to deal with a debacle such as that. I highly suggest you sharpen up your customer service skills.

We ordered two pizzas at 4:40pmand got the pizza at 6:05pm. We asked for extra cheese and charged for it for one of them but didn’t get extra cheese on either pizza. The pizza was salty and not hot. So disappointed because last time we ordered from here it was good.
