Hot Honey was a favorite of mine, I should have added more hot honey, but the pie was baked perfectly, was delivered still warm and delicious. This was my second time having Marco's and I will order again and would recommend it to anyone

I in good faith cannot give this location any more than 1 star. On August 19th, I ordered 2 pizzas and some cheese bread - I placed my order at 3:50 - it’s expected completion time was 4:10 - I even showed up pretty late, around 4:25. My pizza was not ready - not only was it not even ready - it wasn’t even started lol. There was one employee working in the back, and he did not engage with anyone while 3 of us sat in the lobby just waiting. Finally a delivery driver who just came back walks in (doesn’t immediately acknowledge anyone either) until finally one lady who was waiting got his attention, explaining what she was waiting on. The delivery guy asks the man who’s working the pies what’s going on, what’s taking so long, etc, but he never truly engages in trying to help either. Eventually I think he may have boxed one pizza? None of ours, but somebodies lmao. A door dash driver even came in, waited for around 20 minutes, decided it wasn’t worth it and cancelled the pickup (this would eventually happen again with a different driver, for the same order) - finally the guy gets fully overwhelmed and says “I’m sorry everyone I have to call my manager” and he just walks out, leaving everyone in the lobby dumbfounded. Around 10 to 15 minutes later, an entire crew of people walk in, from the back (literally no idea where they came from) including what I assume is the manager, in her street clothes who immediately starts making pies (also unnerving, but there is no sanitation steps taken whatsoever by anyone - no gloves, no hand washing, nothing - just straight from wherever they walked in from, to touching food) - one younger woman who’s name I sadly did not catch actually starts taking charge, and instructing everyone on what to do - she asks what I’m waiting on, to which I inform her of my online order (which stated online that it was actually complete - which it most certainly was not) - eventually my cheese pizza and my cheese bread actually gets done, but it then proceeds to just sit on the warmer for the rest of the time I am in here (around 45 minutes at the least, from the point in which this pizza was done) my other pie, a pepperoni melt eventually gets prepped and cooked, and then just sits on the line for what felt like forever. Orders that certainly had to have been placed after mine are now going out the door, and they are for whatever reason still taking orders over the phone and telling them it’ll be about 25-30 minutes?? But I couldn’t get my one pizza done in a two hour time frame? And it’s not as if no one knew I was waiting, as I’ve now told the original delivery drive worker, and this young woman (who I don’t truly blame in this scenario - she tackled way more than she should have ever had to, with essentially no support) - Someone could call in and get their entire order ready before I received a pizza I ordered almost 2 hours ago?? I eventually get my one fresh(ish) pizza, and a pizza with bread that has now been sitting completed for around an hour, get thanked for my “patience” (what choice did I have?) and walked out. I ended up seeing the (manager?) at the side of the building, who was apparently on the phone with her gm - I asked what type of compensation or something could be done about this experience, and she told me to call her tomorrow (at the date of when this experience happened obviously) and she would make it right - I did not end up calling, because truly I just didn’t see a world where a solution I’d be content with would happen. I don’t want a free meal or anything, and my money back at that point would’ve only softened the blow of losing that much time, and being that frustrated. Honestly this was truly just one of the most bizarre experiences I’ve ever had ever had anywhere. It’s a shame, because Marcos was one of the few pizza chains my girlfriend actually enjoys but I don’t see myself coming back to this location anytime soon unless some drastic change of staff happens.

Pizza was burnt and toppings were kinda shorted. I'll chalk this up to a bad night. Usually this place is on point every time...

Crystal is an amazing employee
The pizzas were hot and just as ordered. The restaurant was very clean. Overall, I was very satisfied.
Carryout Pizzas. Decent pizza. Nothing fancy.
Order from here all the time. Great food. Nice people. Good deals. And usually right on time.
Pizza and brownie was delicious! Also, delivery was great!
Really crummy experience at this location. Long wait, unfriendly and unprofessional service and then they forgot items that we paid for. Pretty irritating and won’t be back

Was so good. Not a piece went to waste. We will be back
I visited on Friday and this is how they handed me my to go order. How could somebody miss this before handing it to a customer.
Order 3 calzones a week ago nice big best calzones ever ordered three more today they were half the size they were the other day and the vegetables and I'm not even cooked very disappointed
I purchased pizza from here. The pizza looks disgusting. 🤮 look like a 2 year old made an attempt. I don’t see the 4 star rating.
I ordered from this specific Marco's and twice my order has never shown up because they sent the order through DoorDash I am suing them and DoorDash for losing my food not once but twice now.
