Ordered on the mobile app after I got off work and headed to the store. Mobile app and google say the store is 24/7 but when I got there all of the equipment was off and was unable to get my food. There were several employees inside the store and they looked at me as I pulled past to the order window. Don't take my money and waste my time just to be closed, it's ridiculous.

I went thru drive thru on Feb 13th 2025 at right around 12:30 pm Priscilla is wonderful so are the rest of McDonald's but one at the pick up window the coke was only a little over half full I asked the kid to finish filling it up. He looked very annoyed. Did not have a smile or hello or anything gave me my sandwich then slammed the drive thru window shut. My sandwich was cold. I have never ever had that there. I frequently visit this McDonald's. The employees are very nice always smiling this McDonald's is great until today. I told the kid I told him he was not very nice.

Ordered food and their system was down. Couldn’t get food for a hr and. Nobody answers the phone. Called 5 times and no answer. Definitely giving Stringtown rd my business. Broadway needs shut down since nobody knows how to work over there

They are NOT 24 hr they open when they feel like it. Then while you’re waiting in line for the 2nd time to try and get breakfast only to be told in less than a minute they got it all cleaned up and put away after waiting 25 minutes in line . Poor service and waste of time and gas to be refused breakfast food.

I guess trying get a kids meal order correctly when the employee 2 foot from me was too complicated for the mcdonald's worker so she got her manager urie to tell me they are refusing my order I will not be going back to this location on Broadway in Grove city ohio
I ordered a fish with no tartar sauce and when I got home in a box WITH “NO TARTAR “ written plainly it had tartar sauce liberally on it Very poor that the workers can’t read special orders.

This is by far the worst McDonald I have ever been to. The last four times I have been there they have either lost my mobile order or not given me the food that I have ordered. Staff is very unfriendly. I will not be back again. I have given them several tries and no more.

Went through here a few nights in a row noone wants to clean the latte machine I'mn the evening because it takes 20 min to do the employee that took my order apologied and gave me the money back for the latte and said he was sorry that they were too lazy up front to clean it sad sad place when we can't work together and there losing money out the
