Everything about this place sucks the employees are lazy and don't pay attention or listen and just try to rush you through the drive through and either get your order wrong,not use the mobile code you give them or give you the wrong the wrong bag entirely and its honestly embarrassing seeing all the negative reviews with no replies from any district manager or anyone it really shows how the food industry has gone down hill I've been working in kitchens for only 7 years now and even in that short time between low food quality and lazy staff and owners paying people $11/hr you can really see the difference in how bad its gotten.

Great food, got served in like 2mins. Fresh nd didn’t give me food poisoning .

Got dinner about 40 minutes ago and ordered my usual which is mc crispy with no pickles add bacon and mayo I always smell the mayo before I eat just a habit of mine and it was fine took a bite of the chicken and it tasted funny smelt it and my chicken had a sour smell to it I’m honestly disappointed I have never and I mean never had an issue here

Really? Not taking cash in the mornings? I can understand it happens but 3 days back to back no. I'm their at 4 every morning to get breakfast and been turned away cause cash only? Is this something new or what if so we need to know.

Normally I love coming to this location because the food and service have always been good, but there's a new African American woman who works there that lacks good customer service and manners. Her attitude was deplorable, and the way she snatched my bag when I told her I had missing items was unacceptable.
In my 10 years of coming here, I have never encountered this level of rudeness. She should not be a representative of your restaurant because her attitude is going to bring the morale of the establishment.
