Terrible service. Terribly made food. Friday morning at 7am. Bought a bacon bagel with extra bacon. They put so much of that butter on my bagel sandwich. It's completely drenched. I will never stop at this location again for breakfast!!!

Slowest McDonald’s experience ever, arrived at 9:48 ordered at 9:50, after waiting for 20 minutes I asked about our order, she said she called out hotcakes with bacon, they could of yelled number like they did with other orders. Then it still took another 10 minutes got food at 10:22. Took a total of 33 minutes!

I ordered a meal and my large fry was half full and I am missing half my meal. So frustrating that ppl don’t pay more attention when you have paid for something. So frustrating

Went there twice today. Once for breakfast once for dinner. They messed both orders up. Absolutely awful service. Save yourself and go to the broadway location in grove city instead

How can you have frappe‘s on the menu but not sell them? If you are having that many issues out of your frappe machine, then it’s probably time to get a new one. I have been coming here for two years and I can count on one hand how many times I have actually received a frappe from this location. And the service is absolutely horrible and most of the people working here are disrespectful. I won’t be back. The food isn’t even that good. I just come here for the Frappe‘s, but they refused to figure out the issue so I’m more than happy to eat lunch and breakfast somewhere else.

Waited 30 minutes for my order and was told it is because the quarter pounder is made to order and that’s why it is taking so long. It was ice cold once I received it and the staff and manager didn’t care. My order was $40 and no apology or anything.

Highly disappointed in the service my grandma and I received this morning. They first forgot our water then my sweet tea so I had to go in to get it. We get home we realized we only received the sausage gravy n biscuit meal not the platter which we paid for. Get your staff together! Busy or not, customers should be getting what they paid for.

Very slow service
Had to wait on fish the it was hard around the edges like it had been cooked again ,most of the tarter sauce was in the box at least, you've got one job and you can't even accomplish that should have gone across the street to Rallys

One of the better McDonald's I have been to, nice staff, have gotten some not so hot food though as far as burgers, no complaints on the fries yet. I visit this McDonald's around 8pm sometimes, my review may or may not apply to all parts of the day.
Botched our order even after we had to pull away from the drive thru window to wait for it.

This place is struggling. Ordered a McChicken with Bacon and a Coke. Cost me about $7 due to the fact that bacon costs more than the sandwich itself. I ended up receiving a McChicken with cheese instead. Went back in and the manager was very pleasant and willing to exchange it, however the person in the line just made another McChicken w/o bacon. So I went back in. This time I recieved the correct sandwich and it was solid. Exactly what I wanted the first time i went through. After finishing the sandwich, I took a sip of my coke just to realize it was diet. Not worth going back in for but still annoying after the trouble I had to go through for a single sandwich.

AVOID this location!! Corporate needs to step in and completely rehire new staff and managers! I don't even want to give any stars at all. Tried to order 15 cookies the day before needed for an event. I was told by a restaurant employee that I could not but could order the next morning in the app and they would be ready. I get to the restaurant and give my code and was told to pull around. At the first window, I was asked if it was a mobile order of cookies and I responded yes. I was told to pull up to the second window for the cookies. I figured they would be right out as I had ordered them at 9 am this morning. I waited and waited and no cookies so I backed up to see what the delay was. The young lady said I had one more minute and when I asked her about the delay because I had ordered them at 9 am and they should have been ready, she became very nasty. The manager stepped in to inform me of their mobile app procedure for these things, and I told her that they need to publish that on the app or at the very least tell the customer when you have them at the window. The manager got nasty and rude and said she wasn't trying to be rude. I told her that her employees were (as the employee was standing by her shaking her head at me) and she stated that she would address it with her staff. But then she slammed the drivethru window on me and walked away. Dear McDonald's-you were built by customers! We don't need you; you need us! Get back to good customer service.
