I’m all for local business, but this experience made me wish I had just gone to Dairy Queen. I was excited to see they had cherry dip for the cones so I ordered a medium. The employee was struggling to make the cone and I was the last of my group to get my icecream. Icecream was oozing out of the shell, dripping everywhere, it was on my pants before I could even get to a table. The employee looked embarrassed to hand it to me. the staff is always courteous and friendly great little neighborhood spot. my dog loves to go there for a pup cup we come several times a week..😁
Love the ice cream. I just don’t understand why every time I go I there I am prompted to give a tip. Why? What service did they provide other than take my order and hand me my icecream? I really hope that changes.
