I usually love panda and ita usually very good especially when they are busy because they constantly have to make food but there with with with crispy shrimp and beef was soggy and not good at all and the orange chicken was over cooked. I was so disappointed l.

The wait time in the dining room to order was ridiculously long. There was only one person ahead of me and she had ordered.👎😡 I eat panda all the time and have never had this problem, and then had to wait for rice and chicken and string beans to cook, unbelievable. Thank GOD I'm only visiting from this state. I waited a total of 30 mins and the chicken/green beans still wasn't ready. No one gave a damn that I was still waiting. They served numerous people before I finally walked out instead of commencing to engage in an altercation that I definitely was ready for. They had a Crew full of nonworkers that were just there for the hell of it. Worst Panda Express ever and worst service humanly possible.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡👎👎👎👎👎👎😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

If you say you close at 10:30 PM, then ALL menu items should be available until closing, I was there before 10:00 PM & was NOT able to get the rangoon or the chicken & mushrooms. So, I got the fried rice & noodles which were so dried out that I couldn’t eat it. I should have been warned. I would have chose another restaurant.

Every time I show up to this location, I am requesting my order at least 10 minutes after it's supposed to be finished because of how slow the drive-thru operations are. I then have to wait ANOTHER 20 minutes for them to ACTUALLY finish my food. I have had Doordash orders from mom-and-pop Chinese restaurants in the same area take less time to get to me. It is OBSCENE how slow a supposed fast food location is.
My 40-minute wait tonight (where I was told my food was almost ready TWICE over the span of a 20-minute period) reminded me of another fun feature of this restaurant. Sometimes they'll ask you to wait in the parking lot if they're running behind, and they say they'll bring your food out to you. And it is a literal coin flip as to whether or not they actually will. Half of the times I have done this they do indeed bring it out. The other half I have to go inside after watching them serve MULTIPLE other customers both at the drive-thru and inside. Tonight was one of those nights where I had to go inside myself after waiting 10 minutes. And the admittedly very nice cashier who helped me when I came inside seemingly didn't realize that I was given only one container of food out of three even after looking at my ticket. The food itself is good. The boxes are almost completely full when I get them. And the staff are fine if disorganized. But I think I could literally drive to the PF Chang's 20 minutes from me, sit down, order a meal, and have it be brought to my table faster than I can get a pickup order from this Panda Express.

Ordered Uber Eats and when I got my food, I realized I ordered hot orange chicken instead of regular. It was just too hot for my family's liking. I went to the restaurant with 2 large orders and explained my situation and without hesitation, they replaced it for regular. Honestly thought I'd be having to buy the original since it was my fault. Pleasantly surprised and exceptional customer service.
