Pretty disappointing visit. The store is dirty and disgusting. The service was very disinterested and rude. The food was bad for what I've come to expect from them. I got the orange chicken and the sauce was sweet and tasted very off. The rice was wet and overcooked.

Slow AF. 10 people inside waiting for online orders that were "ready" 20 minutes ago, drive thru looked like it wasn't moving. Food wasn't great either, dry chicken and hard bits in fried rice. Don't bother coming on a Sunday evening.

Had a meal the other day there and it’s hit or miss. This time chicken was dry and overcooked, rice no good. Stuff seemed to have been sitting around. I am sure everyone serving this knows this but doesn’t care. I called back the next day and was told since I ate it there was nothing they could do. I sent a complaint and heard nothing. I am considering not going here anymore if this is the level of service and quality they are going to offer.
But hey, if you like dry old stale chicken and dry crunchy rice for full price this is the place.

Ordered big plate for delivery the lo mein noodles were so damn dry, worst noodles I've ever had and the rest of the food was cold too
Came on a Sunday to the drive through at 9 because it says they don’t close until 10 (even on the windows)…but they were out of everything but 3 chickens and only had fried rice? Said they weren’t going to make anything else for the night? If we came 15 minutes before closing that be okay but a whole hour before close and the kitchen says they’re done making all items? Very weird.

I've been going to Panda Express for decades, and I've never been to a location that's slower than this one. It's only redeeming quality is the food is consistently good. However, when it comes to speed of service, this place gets zero stars. After last night's debacle, I will never again be back. Waited over half an hour in the store for two plates to go. This was nearly 50 minutes after placing the order via the Panda mobile app, and that was after having to engage with staff 3 times because they kept never making it, all the while helping in-store and drive-thru customers. By the time I left, there were about 6 or 7 other individuals waiting for pickup, and the staff just wasn't engaging with any of them. This store is ridiculous. Never gain.

Albert was at the drive-thru window and he was awesome! He attended to our needs, got us the food and a very timely manner and was incredibly polite and funny. He had a good sense of humor which indubitably made us want to come back. 5 out of five for Mr Albert, will be back.
