$42 later, we got wrong salads and a side of poor service. Grove City, OH Panera: the real mystery bag of below average food.

First I want to say I don't go to Panera but I wanted something different to eat. I was on Sawmill Rd on Tuesday August 12th. I got the Caprese, added grill chicken and onions, I also got the Turkey and cheddar everything was fresh and good and my bread for the Caprese had a nice light crunch to it, so I decided to get the same thing the next day on Wednesday 13th, but went to the one in Grove City because I live closer to that one. There was no onions on my Caprese and it had so much sauce on it when I got home my bread was soggy so I had to use the bread they give extra in the bag, so that made my sandwich chewy instead of the light crunch I experienced on Sawmill Rd. I spent $40 at Grove City because I bought four sandwiches and three cookies. The Caprese was a waste of money but the turkey and cheddar where made right.

On the road and stopped to have a good salad. Boy we were disappointed! My Asian tastes like bland oil. No flavor.
My granddaughter’s didn’t have all the ingredients, chicken was soggy and mushy.
Overall worse experience at a Panera.

Horrible establishment I do not recommend management is absolutely dreadful, including the assistant manager! Very rude horrible customer service-I can see why all the reviews on here are exactly the same. We never visit this establishment again.

I had a simple REQUEST! I wanted a chicken salad sandwich on a croissant with no tomato or lettuce (not the white bread it comes on, and as u can see they still put lettuce and tomato🤨) I was first told I couldn’t get that, to which I asked for a manager, RAKIA, RAKAYALYA one of the two, comes and tells me what I asked for. I repeated myself, and was told on but we have to charge you for a bagel. In my mind, I’m like why, bread is bread. So I asked “Why is there an upcharge? I will pay it, just curious!” This girl was so rude and kept rolling her eyes up at me and just kept repeating. I said can I please have contact information for ur GM so I can get the explanation I’m seeking. Mind you 4 workers are just standing around chit chatting. I was told “we don't have scott’s(I think that’s what his name was) contact info” I said ok, then how can I get it, call corporate or are you franchise? To which she says, “idk google, why do you need to talk to him if I just explained its and upcharge?” Then she walks away and ask Hanna to help me. Hanna walks up very nice, and says “what is it you were asking”. I repeated my question. Hannah said “ohh ok, well the croissant is sold as a single item not as a sandwich item(the other breads come with) ,it’s sold like the bagel is sold, so we have to ring it as such, and then Rudeness walks back over and says “….. said you can refuse service, I just explained that”. I said first off no YOU did not explain any of that, you simply told me you HAD TO CHARGE, so you can go back over there bc Hannah is handling this. Needless to say, THANK YOU HANNAH!! You are very professional and willing to go the extra mile to explain something to customers!!!!! If the DM would please reach out via email, I can’t find your information. 😉. PSA: to the secret person in the back who told RAKAYLA, RAKILA WHATEVER, that she can refuse me service, COME OUT NEXT TIME🙄

Ordered family pack on app. 4 sandwiches, soup, bread, salad and cookies. Husband went inside to pick up order and asked if order was complete on shelf. A young male employee said “no”. Another employee (female) spoke to my husband and said it was ready to go. When he told employee what other person said, she said, “I think you are confused. This order is complete” After getting home, the soup was missing entirely, as was silverware and napkins. Also, sandwiches were missing avocado. When I called and asked to speak to manager, someone hung up on me. When I called back and explained experience to manager, she said she would credit my card for the price of the soup. Wow. Way to compensate for the poor customer service. Not pleased and I’m still wanting soup tonight.

You can tell you that the people who work there are bored and or tired and really have no desire to work there. I just watched the manager get snippy with someone because the register crashed. Like the food is fine but the people who work there 🙃🙃🙃

The Italian sub had mushy Lettuce, barely any cheese. No tomatoes or onion, tons of peppers. The blt, no bacon.

They are closed due to power outage and are STILL ACCEPTING ONLINE ORDERS.... they need to contact corporate to fix that because who knows how many people are attempting to order, driving 20+ minutes to pick up in busy traffic, and then walk up to the door to find they are closed... wasting everyones time, money and resources because you cannot make one call. And now we have to backtrack and call and explain the issue to have the money refunded to our card because it won't let us do it through the site because it was past their 15 minute cancellation window... Negligence on the managers part.

Very rude customer service at this location! I advise everyone to stay away from this location! Leadership needs to get involved with all associates. Panera is well know to be a friendly family oriented atmosphere. This branch has a lot of hate and kids with no compassion. Panera get this location in order asap please!
