After my husband spent $45 on food to dine in, they turned off the lights at 8:25 PM then again at 8:43 PM, while multiple people were still in the lobby eating as well. The door says they close at 9 PM as well as google! We were harassed multiple times, almost every five minutes explaining that they were closing soon. The worst experience I’ve ever had at this Panera! I work in the fast food industry as manager, and I would get fired if I were to do this. Shame on the managers and other employees for allowing this.

I got the Southwest Chicken Ranch Salad as part of my You Pick 2. This salad is advertised as having a romaine lettuce blend, chicken, tomatoes, corn, avocado, tortilla strips, fresh cilantro, and a chipotle drizzle.
I received iceberg lettuce with chicken, corn and tomatoes and dressing. Wrong lettuce, no avocado, no tortilla strips. I could’ve made a sad salad at home.

Idiots... slice bread and throw it in a garbage bag for you, mark order as fulfilled and drive in to find they are out of bagels by 8am, can't refund it in the store. This location and this company as a whole needs to go out of business

Pick 2 is the way to go if you want a bite of sandwich & and salad, which is what I always choose. Sierra Turkey with Greek Salad. I will have to say I've seen a better Salad times before. They were out of a lot of the ingredients. Staff was quick to apologize which was nice. I notified the woman talking my order of my dairy allergy and she was able to name off different bread for my sandwich which was nice.

After working all day, I decided I wanted warm soup for dinner on a cold night. I haven’t been to Panera in quite sometime. I ordered takeout - the pick 2, broccoli cheddar soup and the chicken Fuji apple salad with a baguette and a chocolate chip cookie. Wow! Everything was prepared with perfection! Soup was hot, salad included fresh ingredients, filled to the brim. Baguette was soft and fresh. I should have taken a picture to share. Trust me, everything was delicious! Thank you! I will be returning!

I was just in Panera in Grove City, OH and had a bad customer experience. Hannah the shift supervisor waited on me and didn’t greet me when I stepped up to the counter. She didn’t ask me how she could help me, she just stared at me. So I told her what I wanted and she didn’t ask me if I had rewards with Panera so I asked her to check if I did or not and gave her my phone number. She didn’t say if I had any or not. She handed me the remainder of my order turned around and walked away. No thank you or anything. It was literally like it was an inconvenience for her to wait on a customer. My last time spending any money at this location!!!

We ordered the chipotle chicken breakfast sandwiches with a coffee and juice. We set outside and I had to go inside because of three yellow jackets that high jacked my seat.
