This was the first time at this Business . I order inside to go. And it took about 20;to 25. Min. But I wasn't upset because Im watching them make everything freash the workers were very respectful. All in all I would recommend them the food soups are good and as are the sandwiches.

Online order for food and coffee. Paid $20 for food and coffee. All Coffee was empty and they had not started the brewing. 4 people waited for coffee included myself! Food was cold by the time they finished brewing my coffee.
What is the point of placing an online order if your coffee isn’t brewed and prepared to pick up with your food?

I just wanted to give a shout out to Hannah for being so wonderful. I was in several weeks ago and I was having an issue with my food and she graciously helped me out.

Ordered/paid online for 11:15am rapid pick up. Directions from email advised food would be waiting on pick up shelf. Get there at 11:17am, check shelf no food. They had one employee prepping all orders in kitchen while two employees stood around, the other waiting on dine-in customers with an assist mgr or mgr just walking back and forth. After 15 minutes and several orders being picked up after I arrived I asked if my order was ready. It had been ready behind the counter. Not sure why one of the two employees not doing anything wouldnt place it on the pick up shelf. Food was good but will not be back due to lack of service and process.

Went on a Saturday night to pick up an order and immediately got an email that it would be late. Sat there for half an hour waiting for it while two kids behind the counter messed around messed up everyone’s orders. Will never be returning to this crap location. Thanks for nothing!

Food is the same as alp others but the atmosphere is very plain and simole. Which makes it pook kind of boring compared to some of their other locations.

We are huge Panera fans. Leave our daughter’s house in Cinci at 8 am.
Ordered 2 pecan braids. They were at least a day old. Asked for 2 oatmeal raisin cookies.
Was told they don’t have them ready. Had one out front. Just had for desert. Stale. Ugh.
Buyer beware. Disappointing.

Panera outside of Charlotte where our other daughter lives. Everything is fresh.

I have never left an online review but I felt like this was necessary. My wife and I stopped here on a Monday evening and there were not many people eating in. Mostly takeout. We ordered our food at 6:42 and it didn’t come out until after 7:15. Over a half hour wait for two pick two combos. My wife got a grilled cheese and broccoli cheddar soup. I got a turkey sandwich with bacon Mac and cheese. The cheddar broccoli soup was cold when it was served and the mac n cheese was lukewarm and appeared almost as if it had been sitting out for a little bit. Do not recommend. I do not understand how such poor service and quality was provided with such a low customer volume on a Monday evening.

Worst Panera in Ohio. Half the ingredients are missing from both the salads and sandwiches. Greens are lifeless and nothing is fresh. Tables are dirty. The cashier was a swift and polite young man, shame on the rest of the crew.

I stopped at Panera in Grove city today, it felt like I was walking into someone's house, never once did I feel like it was a business transaction, these folks were nice without being forced, helpful without being condescending, and really seem to enjoy their jobs. I was totally Blown Away by the attitude, atmosphere, and positive vibe in this store
