PICK UP THE PHONE JACOB!!! For 30 minutes I have been calling to get my order fixed. I want my money back. The stupid garlic you put in the box when I said not to. It bust all over the pizza. I have to give big props to Papa John’s Pizza in Grove City. There was a glitch in their app they made it appear my order didn’t go through so I placed it again. It turns out, after I was able to get to my email, both orders went through. I called and spoke with the manager, explained what happened and without hesitation he refunded the second order. I never received my food! I'm out 18+ dollars and no dinner! I spent 30 minutes on hold and have given up for now. First and Last time I ever try to do business with this place.
