Was left on hold for 10 minutes. Our pizza was delayed an hour. Walked into the store while on hold she was playing on her phone while the other employee was cleaning. She originally said that my order wasn’t placed through them and couldn’t find the order until I had pull up my order in the app this is ridiculous. I do not recommend this Papa Johns to anybody. You can get better service elsewhere.

They don't really make good pizzas. Mostly crust and not cheese and toppings. As if you're eating bread with a bit of cheese. I suggest another location if not a different pizza place entirely.

Pizza was not up to the norm. Got original crust and it was flat and chewy. I felt like it was a little undercooked. Buffalo boneless wings were good and cookie...well it is fantastic.

My hubby and I just love Papa John's Pizza! My hubby won't eat any others. He worked late and I just left seeing my newborn baby girl grandchild. My daughter and her hubby live an hour and a half away. So, it's a grab dinner night on the way home. Papa John's Pizza is a perfect start to a wonderful evening!

It has been a while since I been to Papa John’s. Saw they had a buy one get one free pizza promotion. Decided to see if anything had changed.
I was not too thrilled with their signature “The Works” Pizza. It looked like it was thrown together with no care and parts if it needed to be cut better.
The taste was fine, but the lack of toppings on the outside ruined the experience.
I have ordered over 30 of these in the past…this was one of the worst looking ones ever.
The outside of it has no toppings. The inside is all thrown together. There is no way to tell what pizza was ordered.

Placed order at 5:30 for delivery at 6:45. It’s 7:00 and still not here and no one is picking up the phones. It’s great pizza but the customer satisfaction is horrible! I’d recommend moving forward, just order from Pizza Hut, it’s just up the road and times are better.

Ordered a small pepperoni, mushroom with extra cheese pizzalast night. When we picked it up and got home, there was a little smear of sauce in the middle ( mostly dry crust) with a minuscule amount of cheese. Instead of extra cheese I think they cut it in half! It cost over $15.00! The absolute worst pizza ever! Very disappointed with Papa! Won’t be going back.
