My wife and I came in for a New York Style pizza and it was delicious. The people were friendly, patient, and helpful and it was a good experience. Definitely going back. That pizza was cheesy and good.

Worse experience ever never will I go back after what they did they messed my whole order and when I kept calling for 3 weeks for a manager to call back finally did and gave me credit for next time to order and when I did they denied and said there was no credit so they just stole my money stringtown papa John’s worse service ever

I ordered while running some errands with my kids and the app said 42 minutes. After 50 minutes I walked in and saw at least 15 people waiting. I got the same response everyone else was getting. “It’s not ready yet.” Ended up taking 90 minutes to get my order and when I got it, the pizza was only about half covered with cheese. There’s too many good local chains around here to waste time on this place.

Waited forever for delivery. Got one of the wrong food delivered. Had to go back and waste an hour of my life waiting for it to be remade. Now the other pizza is cold. I suggest Donato's bc at least they know how to run a pizza joint. Never again will I order from any Papa John's.

Bad service, lazy, careless, don’t follow directions. Find another place. Your order will take twice as long and they don’t care. This place will go under with the management.

This store is hit and miss. My advice avoid typical busy times on weekends. We have had luck odering earlier like 3pm and 4pm on Saturday and Sunday. I think they are chronically under staffed. You will get the best pizza or a hastily slapped together one. They have always been polite and offered refund or to remake the order. Unfortunately, we usually order pizza when we are tired so it is a chore to have to call or revisit the store.
New in town, I decided to order pizza for dinner after a long day at work , very hungry, pizza is only 1.5 miles away from my place, I asked them for estimated time for delivery, they said between 30-40 minutes, my pizza and wing got delivered almost in two hrs, I tried calling the manager to cancel my order, even when it was already paid for it, they never answered my phone calls, and by the way when the pizza was delivered it was already cold and I wasn’t hungry any more!!!

So I ordered a pizza from here and instead of them putting pizza sauce they put ranch when I wanted a ranch cup. So I went in and told them nicely they made it wrong the manager I believe his name was CJ had an attitude and told me I have to pay for another pizza and walked away . He is very unprofessional and he doesn’t need to be in a management position .

I tried this Papa John’s after a year when they took over a hour and a half of waiting for their busted oven to work. This time they made one of my pizzas wrong and the guy up front tells me they are boxing it up. So instead of saying oh hey I was wrong they messed it up, he hides in the back and has another person wait on people until my pizza comes out 8 mins later.

I could’ve swore I called papa John’s to place my own order. Not bin Laden for him to make my order for me. I’m tired of other ppl that don’t work at papa Johns answering the phone to make my order. I want to speak to papa John himself.
