i was here around 5pm Saturday with my boyfriend (he’s the one who asked for spaghetti with my avocado piada, ?). staff had a fantastic sense of humor, were warm and welcoming, well-mannered and kind. the food is $$$, but i’d return just for the employees.

Overall the service was decent. My wife had asked for salmon in her meal and the chef was told to make some. He advised it would be 15 minutes to wait which wasn’t a big deal but he clearly didn’t want to make it and was arguing with the lady helping us. It just wasn’t very professional.

The food is always fresh and delicious. They have great salads on the menu or you can create your own! The best part of this restaurant is the people who work there - they are friendly, kind, and really care about giving great service. Although there are other restaurants closer to my office, I gladly drive a little further to come to this Piada location!Vegetarian options: Most of the options can be customized to be vegetarian. They have a great selection of fresh fruits and vegetables that can be served in a wrap, bowl, or salad.

My goodness where do i even start, this restaurant is beautiful, bathrooms were very clean, dinning room looked spotless and the line was clean. I was greeted by a lady with darker hair in a white chef coat (Chef Hannah), she was very polite and patient with us because we were from out of town and haven’t been to a Piada in a while. My husband and i were very pleased with how professional she was. The hospitality is spot on at this place, and you can definitely tell everyone wants to be there!

I like Piada and I typically order from the Bexley location since it is the closest to my home. However, I was in Grove City on Sunday (3/3/2024), running errands so I pre-ordered via the app from the Grove City location. When I arrived it took a few minutes before anyone behind the counter acknowledgedme and when they did, they told me that my order was not ready. Other people that had pre-ordered also came in but they were greeted by a man in a white chef's smock behind the counter and given their orders immediately. I wasn't in a rush so I didn't mind waiting and I made no fuss about it. When my order was finally ready, the man in the white chef's smock called my name and tossed my bag at me which was unnecessary.When I arrived home and started eating my meal and twirling my spaghetti around the fork, I picked up not only my spaghetti, but this large piece of plastic. I have no idea where it came from and I didn't feel comfortable eating anymore after that in fear of what other foreign object might be in my food. I could've choked on this had I not been paying attention. Definitely a health hazard and unsanitary! Terrible service and terrible food safety! Won't be back.
This was by far the best experience we have had so far, the team there gave me recommendations for what to try. My girlfriend and I had the best experience. Go grove city piada.

Chef Hannah and her team is really the reason I always come back, she is truly amazing. I typically look forward to coming into piada just to socialize with the team and have them tell me about there day and vise versa. This piada goes above and behind every time. Chef Hannah needs a raise for sure!
