Waited 5 mins for someone to even acknowledge we were waiting to be seated. Got sat ordered right away was told our pizza was coming out of the oven waited 25/30 more mins then asked about it server got nasty about it. Then was told they had so many big orders the kitchen was swamped and our pizza would be out as soon as they could. If our pizza was coming out of the oven why did we wait over 25 mins and not get anything.

If it's this one it's all of them . It's like the staple doller store taste but not price restaurant. I can't believe this franchise is open. I wanted to like something about it ..over priced .I felt like I was in a interrogation room as I was dining. The light shines down like that. The cheese was rubber and tomato 🍅 was like leftover from yesterday tossed sandwiches. Omg if u smoked a fatty or if u have to ok but don't.

Delicious! And the staff is so nice! We did a pizza tournament and ordered pizza from 5 different spots in Grove City, and we all agreed that Pizza Cottage was the best one. I wish I lived here to eat it all the time! We did a standard pepperoni pizza from each place

We ordered a cauliflower crust supreme pizza, which was delicious. The service was friendly and prompt. We highly recommend.
Dietary restrictions: Cauliflower crust was gluten free.
Got part of my order, when I called the store the Manager (Lexie)said Door Dash stole it. She said they had to charge my card again but that I would get a refund in about 48hours. A month later, after repeated phone calls and an in store visit, I'm still waiting for them to make it right. I have to file a dispute with the bank to get my money back. Management at the Grove City Pizza Cottage leaves a lot to be desired. Extremely poor Customer Service! Zero Stars weren't possible. UPDATE: After sending an email to an address I found from another bad review I got a prompt phone call from the Regional Manager who was very apologetic and provided resolution. Thank you, Mr. Stevens!

Lexie, the Manager on duty, informed me that she could not process my credit card order over the phone. 10 minutes later, I spoke to an associate, and she was able to process my credit card order over the phone. How does an associate know how to place a credit card over the phone, but a Manager does not? SMH. Obviously, this location needs to do a better job at training their Managers. The food was great though.

Ordered a pizza from pizza cottage for myself and my hospital buddies, BLT, off DoorDash. I proceeded to get the wrong order, a pepperoni pizza and not a BLT, I requested to receive my order again and gave me the pizza raw, with all the ingredients separated. I’m disappointed in this establishment inability to handle customer service issues, I will not be visiting this establishment in the future.

Called weeks ahead to ask to bring a special needs class in for lunch to teach them life skills,we were given the green light, and we were so excited to come! upon arrival our waitress was so disgustingly rude and almost didn't take our table. Basically yelled at us for coming bc they don't take reservations.
