Haven't had many issues other than a bit slow until I tried to have delivery. Sent via door dash and I'm convinced pizza hut screwed up the order and didn't give the dasher all the pizzas. Wouldn't answer the phone, drove in slammed the dasher, won't refund their fees and tip waiting a half hour for order to be remade. Kind of a total dick move on there part . Just don't use theor overpriced delivery you may be okay

We went yesterday and the lady that took our order gave us some of the food we ordered but than my dad told me she left & so after that we was waiting forever for our pizza, alfredo & breadsticks. We told the worker at the counter that we been waiting 40 mins for the rest of our food & I guess they forgot about our order smh so we ended up telling me what we already had & what was missing. So basically we waited almost an hr for our pizza, alfredo & breadsticks. My dad told me the breadsticks were hard (I didn't eat one) & another thing that happened was that the lady that took our order asked us if we wanted forks & we said yea but bruh they looked like they didn't even cleaned them so we just used plastic forks instead. I never had a pizza hut experience like this before & we didn't tip bc of this experience. Smh...

It took 2hrs to get my food and it was cold but that was because of door dash so when I went into the store they new GM was very nice and remade my order and gave me a credit for another ordered the employees was very pleasant and kind

Pre-ordered my pizza early to be delivered at 5pm. We had somewhere to be by 6, so even if it was a little late, no big deal. The pizza never arrived. I called the store around 5:20 for an update, and they said DoorDash picked it up and must of just taken or eaten my order. I did not use DoorDash to order, I ordered thru the crappy Pizza Hut app. They asked if I wanted it made and delivered at that time, but since I had plans, just got a refund. No other discounts or offers, all i got was a refund. So my whole family was starving when we arrived at the event, only to have eaten bananas and protein bars to hold us over until afterwards. Thanks a lot Pizza Hut for making sure I NEVER order from this location ever again, especially with all the other options in the area.

Second time in a row where the delivery driver picks up the wrong order and tries to deliver it to us. We ordered 3 items the first time, 2 the second, and both times the driver tried handing us only 1 item that was not ours. Both drivers did not speak English and had to use a translator through their phone. The drivers both times marked the orders as delivered, and both times we drove over to the Pizza Hut asking about our order, and the store says that the order was delivered and will not compensate us in any way. I will no longer order from this establishment, and I recommend you do not either.

I Love when the breads ticks are done and a bit crisp. Very friendly staff. Very clean restaurant.
Carryout order. Showed up to grab it and no one was up front. Whatever, they're busy. Nope. The two chefs in the back just looked at me then went back to chatting. The gal came up front, it wasn't a long wait, really. Food was par for a pizza hut until I got the the most anemic cinnamon sticks. I just laughed. Lesson learns, check before you leave.

Rude workers. Assisted grubhub instead of actual people there to get food and insisted I wait even though my food was in the warmer. Some how their on line service doesn't detect no Pepsi in store. Manager offered four 20 oz's to make up for it just to go and realize they don't have any of those either

Placed an order via phone for carry out. Estimated 25 minutes. Arrived 40 minutes later to pickup and pizza hadn't been made yet. One poor employee in the whole place, running the register and making the food with a line out the door. I left.

Slow and meh service. Ordered online at 2 for a 5 pickup. Walked in, paid, she went to the warmer and looked at my order and then proceeded to wait 5 mins till I asked her if that was mine. She said yes, then finally gave it to me.
