I get better food and better customer service in the hood than I do at the rally’s on Stringtown road. I have literally came to this location several times daily for the past 5 days only asking for a chocolate milkshake and every single time I get told they are not serving milkshakes because they just cleaned their machine. I don’t/haven’t went there when they are about to close. The latest I have went and asked for chocolate milkshake was today at 8:20pm. The lady taking orders named Carol was rude and thankfully for her I wasn’t in an arguing mood. There is a reason this fast food restaurant is the only place on stringtown that NEVER has 1 car in the drive thru or parking lot. I’ll drive 35 minutes to Columbus before I go back to this location.

This is not focused on one Rally's ever since I've been giving them a second chance every time my orders messed up the food is not fresh I went to get the three dollar hamburger deal today because of the three on the 3rd told them no cheese and only certain items on my sandwich I got everything on their cheese and all got two of the Philly cheesesteak sandwiches and had no Philly cheese steak on it it was just a hamburger patty I will be taking it back later I don't feel like driving across town to the rallies I would stop that the hot dog I could not even eat with my hands I had to eat with a fork it was so sloppy I wish Riley was like it was in the 90s when they had Riley cues I used to go to Riley's everyday when I worked for lunch all week long nowhere near like it used to be I keep trying to give them a second chance but every time I get disappointed

Mushroom burgers and fries and Apple pies are great
Waited in the drive thru for about 10 minutes which is fine I'll never complain about waiting for fresh food only the food was old and bad. The drive thru attnedent forgot our ranch and salt and wouldn't turn around so we could've asked for it. Tired of paying for crap from fast food restaurants with incompetent workers. We won't be back!

Just came through at 10:30 after a long sports day tournament and everything that we got was ice cold! Not even slightly warm!! We don’t have a Rally’s close to our house so we were excited when we saw it but so disappointing! Do better. At least nuke it before you hand it out the window!!
