Sandwichs were fire for lunch time would not go for dinner. Outdated restaurant decor and tacky yumm sign. They were clearly short-staffed. Took a half hour for getting drinks but I don't blame the waiter mostly Management needs to step it up. Go for some season fryes and a Tea

Stopped in on Christmas eve. There was no wait and the staff was great. All our food was delicious. Would definitely go back again.

The food was good but even though they weren't very busy we actually had to get up 2 times to go find someone to refill our drinks because our server just disappeared.

Food was horrible the only good thing was the strawberry lemonade drink my daughter got. Only issue with it was its bottomless and the waitress never checked to see if she wanted a refill.

Watched the bartender touch her hair to tuck it back behind her ears and then reach in the cherry jar without washing or sanitizing her hands and stick the cherry in my drink. Teriyaki chicken Burger is always delicious but since I have to worry about the cleanliness of who's handling our food, we won't be back.

You go to red robins for a good expensive burger...got our food finally. It was good..my 86 year old dad in law had ribs..he wasn't impressed..I had $18 fish & chips (sweet potato fries) very good. Then my wife (her birthday..64) asked for lemon creme cake..it was delivered..frozen solid..did anyone offer to warm it up..maybe thaw, never asked if she wanted ala mode...told a the host because we lost our tatted up waitress..for a steak knife to cut the stupid cake!!!! Apparently it tasted ok..lol
Will we EVER be back? Hmmmm.....

Birthday promos changed with no notification and you have to make purchases in previous months to be able to clam a free burger (and that free burger is a limited selection)

My wife and I walked in to the Grove City Red Robin, on stringtown Road at 5. Are waitress with Scotty she was excellent very friendly unfortunately when the food come out, my wife tuna ,sweet potatoe fries were cold ,my steak Fry's were excellent but fish ,one of four pieces I could eat three were tough and apparently were freezer burnt. They were going to give us a Meal to go for my wife but after 1 hour and 15 mins it was time to go.Steak Fry's great ,Scotty was great .Sorry I will not eat there again.

It was a disappointing experience.
It could be understandable if we were a small group of 3-5 people, however we were 8 adults with 4 kids.
By the time the food came to the table it was lukewarm/ room temp when it should have been brought out as it was ready.
It was a general consensus not to verbally complain because would have meant an even longer wait time before eating

Food was great, but the service really needs work. Management needs to hire or schedule more workers so they aren't as overwhelmed. There were literally 2 servers and a busboy working the dining room. There were dirty tables everywhere. My fiance and I were never checked in on by our server, we never got refills, and we were given maybe 3 napkins. She also put our appetizer in wrong, and said she'd put in the right one and it would be comped because it took so long to get out to us, but we were still charged for it. In all, kudos to the kitchen staff bc the food was great, but everything else...yikes. We won't be back.
