Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

You go to red robins for a good expensive burger...got our food finally. It was good..my 86 year old dad in law had ribs..he wasn't impressed..I had $18 fish & chips (sweet potato fries) very good. Then my wife (her birthday..64) asked for lemon creme cake..it was delivered..frozen solid..did anyone offer to warm it up..maybe thaw, never asked if she wanted ala mode...told a the host because we lost our tatted up waitress..for a steak knife to cut the stupid cake!!!! Apparently it tasted ok..lol
Will we EVER be back? Hmmmm.....

Birthday promos changed with no notification and you have to make purchases in previous months to be able to clam a free burger (and that free burger is a limited selection)

My wife and I walked in to the Grove City Red Robin, on stringtown Road at 5. Are waitress with Scotty she was excellent very friendly unfortunately when the food come out, my wife tuna ,sweet potatoe fries were cold ,my steak Fry's were excellent but fish ,one of four pieces I could eat three were tough and apparently were freezer burnt. They were going to give us a Meal to go for my wife but after 1 hour and 15 mins it was time to go.Steak Fry's great ,Scotty was great .Sorry I will not eat there again.

It was a disappointing experience.
It could be understandable if we were a small group of 3-5 people, however we were 8 adults with 4 kids.
By the time the food came to the table it was lukewarm/ room temp when it should have been brought out as it was ready.
It was a general consensus not to verbally complain because would have meant an even longer wait time before eating

Food was great, but the service really needs work. Management needs to hire or schedule more workers so they aren't as overwhelmed. There were literally 2 servers and a busboy working the dining room. There were dirty tables everywhere. My fiance and I were never checked in on by our server, we never got refills, and we were given maybe 3 napkins. She also put our appetizer in wrong, and said she'd put in the right one and it would be comped because it took so long to get out to us, but we were still charged for it. In all, kudos to the kitchen staff bc the food was great, but everything else...yikes. We won't be back.

Brooklyn was our service and she was great. One of our friends wanted an online sauce (jerk sauce) and she made sure to get it. She was very nice to all of us. She made sure to get us everything we needs.

We went to Red Robin to eat before the circus, Saturday March 22nd. Our server was so nice and did a fantastic job.
HOWEVER the food runner came out with our food, immediately had an attitude and was basically dropping our food on the table.
Well she knocked over my mothers soda and DRENCHED my daughter.
I mean all over her shirt, pants, and shoes.

the food runner said a short apology and left for our server to deal with the mess.
Now I understand accidents happens, but the whole interaction with her was just unacceptable in customer service.
We told the manager we are headed to an event and now will be late because I have to go to the store to buy by daughter clothes to attend this event. And as a parent I’m sure you can agree kids clothes are not cheap. Not to mention she had to sit and eat in soaked clothes, that’s uncomfortable.
Once the manager finally got to our table, he apologized for the food runners attitude and took off “Some” of our bill. Which is still unacceptable, and I will be calling corporate on Monday.

Arrived to get my pickup order where I was not greeted or anyone even noticed my existence. Finally a girl comes up, no smile or greeting, just says “you got a pickup order?” I responded yes and she hands me a bag and a stack of pizzas and milkshakes which I did not order. I told her I didn’t order any of those items and she made a stank face then turned around. Once home, my husband realized his monster burger only had one patty instead of two. This meal already is over $20 which is outrageous so to get all the way home and realize they jipped us a patty was frustrating. Tried to call the restaurant several times with no answer. My husband had to drive all the way back to the restaurant where after waiting for almost an hour to even be helped, they said they would refund the money for just his meal. Absolutely ridiculous customer service or lack there of. Staff just does not seem to care about the customers. Will not be going back to this location.

Good was good but not great. The garlic fries were drowning in oil. Went to the restroom and one of the the stalls had no toilet paper. Waitress kept mentioning how short staffed they were. Tablet charged us even though nobody touched it until it was time to pay.
