I visited today , my waitress was Kayla , I had the worst experience ever every waiter / waitress helped but Kayla when take my order she asked if my and my partner wanted our burger pink or no pink we stated no pink ! When the food came out it was bright pink , we sent it back to only receive 2 more pink burgers ! I was upset after not 1 but 2 of my burgers were incorrect and I was not apologized to or anything just discounted

We sat at the Bar and the bartender was extremely nice and very quick with our drinks. Food was delicious as well.

They were scheduled to close at 10:00pm and we arrived around 9:15pm. We waited at the hostess table for 3-4 minutes with nobody coming to seat us. Assuming they were busy we drove down to mcdonalds to get our child some fries and then came back. We waited another 3-4 minutes before ''Sarah'' decided her fat azzz should greet us and seat us. I knew something was off because when she greeted us, she didn't smile once. Assuming that would've required too many calories to pull off a smile. After the bartender refused us on bar side, we were sat on the dining side with no other customers in the restaurant(other than two people sitting at the bar). At that point, It made sense Sarah was hoping we would leave, because even though her schedule said 10:00pm, she and the ENTIRE staff were trying to clock out at 9:30pm apparently. Nothing like eating food and getting a vibe the none of the staff want you there. We have ate at this location several times in the past few months, and I promise to god they have gotten our order right once. I was confused why they ask me if I want pink or no pink , then give me fawking pink anyways. Lets not mention the fact they give you 5 cubes of ice in hopes they wont have to actually work for a tip and refill your drink more than once. If rolling Sarahs fat azzzz out to greet customers is the standard, this restaurant chain is doomed. They need to fire the district manager for hiring the current manager of this store. Then fire the current manager for hiring sarahs fat azzz

Went in there today for my daughter’s bday and my other children. I ordered from the appetizer menu . I ordered the queso dip and chips . My queso dip was extremely cold . I had ordered the lime lemonade and I noticed my glass was dirty . The waiter gave me a new glass with a totally different drink that wasn’t the same as the first one . The second glass was also dirty . I eventually gave up trying to get the drinks rights with the waiter so I let that go . I then got my burger that was the bleu ribbon, and it was a small size compared to all the other burgers I seen other customers with . My waiter took forever to bring anything out . I had to call the manager a couple times and she did take the queso off .My daughter got her free bday ice cream Sunday and I didn’t realize they sung happy birthday to you until the table next to ours got theirs and they didn’t sing it to my daughter .The waiter then asked do we want them sing happy bday and she said yes . We eventually ended up leaving because they took a long time to come out to do that. I went to the front to ask for corporate information and the gentleman up front were very helpful and also another worker was helpful. I asked to speak to the manager( Heather ) again and she stated to the workers that she doesn’t know corporate information.If I can get a refund I would .

The service was really slow, and I am not sure if it was because the kitchen might have been slow or if the waiter just didn't pay attention to when the food was done. We didn't see him but for the standard three to four times. It smelled bad when we first walked in, so I'm not sure what that was about, but it was a very unpleasant smell. The fries were really soggy and might not have been cooked all the way. They gave small portions of fries, so I had to order two of them at once to get a good portion of them. I ordered my burger medium, and it came out well done. I would have said something about it , but it took about 25 minutes to get it, and I had to be somewhere shortly after we got our food so I didn't have time to wait for a new one. I don't think we will be going back to that one.
The server was more worried about leaving the shift than serving. Ordered salad. Had the bottom of the whole stem in it. Wilted lettuce. Had to ask for the peper chips. When the only time she came around. Didn't even bring a bill. This place should have closed instead of Ocharleys.

The food is usually decent as long as the wait staff gets it to you. We ate here for the second time Saturday and when our food finally came out you could tell it has been sitting under the heating lamp for awhile. It’s funny that the menu says bottomless sides yet the moment the food gets dropped off the waitress never comes back so I’m not sure how you would ever request more food or even a refil. Both times we’ve come we have had the worst service of anywhere in Grove city but who knows maybe we will dine in one day and a server will actually provide decent service. All in all the food is okay and service is absolutely awful.

We love coming to this Place because it is more than usually great staffing and the food does come out at a good time. But some customers can bring the place down a bit and sometimes a waitress does mess with the vibe. But all in all it is a great location and the food is Delicious!
