I ordered burgers on the app and that was it to pick up which means it was to go and they had the balls to charge me tax when there is no tax in the state of Ohio for food that is taken off premises. Hate weasley companies trying to skim more money than they are entitled to.

The line was super long and I’m picking up an order for a customer and i went to stall 24 no body took my order not a single person even answered. People use this in DoorDash all of the time. Now I have to wait longer because they can’t take care of customers in a quick fashion. The lines are always long and I’ve already been waiting for someone at the speaker for over 10 minutes. As I write this. The light is still blinking and no one answered the speaker. Which is sad. I have been waiting in line forever. The team needs a retrain either in leadership or the whole team.

Best fast food service around! Food is always fresh.
This might be the worst sonic ever. I’ve been here a few times at different times and it’s always bad. The customer service is consistently awful no matter what time of day you go. I can’t stress this enough everyone that works there is rude as hell. The one time I went and they weren’t rude I had to tell the lady “good job, you’re the nicest person here”. I really hope she quits so that the negative service doesn’t rub off on her, that’s how bad this place is. The food is a gamble if you get the correct order you probably had to wait a long time and even after a long wait it’s probably the oldest piece of food they could find. The only thing that this place is good for is drinks but with service this bad you have to wonder how clean the inside is…

Ordered a burrito with coffee. No coffee again. This is at 10:40am. Won't make any coffee so I asked for orange juice they don't have orange juice. This is by far the worst Sonic there is I've been to plenty of them this place should have closed a long time ago the owner obviously doesn't give a crap about this place it's a dump nothing seems to be in place everything is worn out and down

It's pretty bad when the atmosphere is rated higher than the food or service, especially when you're in a drive-in, your own truck, and you can pick your own music. The food was fine. I would have rated it 5 stars, but the small cheeseburger did not come as we ordered it: no cheese, no lettuce. We got the tomato we asked for. My large root beer was absolutely flat - no taste in it at all. I lost count on how many times I pushed the red button to exchange it, but nobody answered. I did not keep track of the time before we left. I was going to go through the drive thru, but they were backed up. Other customers came and went, without ordering. Disappointed. Check #414171, Sept 16, 2024, 14:19:08. I guess I should have waited into we finished our lunch be for I tipped him $8. Normally, they meet our expectations.

The manager sits around getting high with his favorites and puts all the work load on those who aren't part of his little clique and he bullies them out of a job while giving better hours to lazy people who can't even get simple orders correct I hope this place either gets shut down or a new manager

Ordered via doordash. Got the double cheeseburger. It was still warm but it tasted like the meat on a white castle. Not in a good way. The footlong was not good. The cheese tots were tater tots with a piece of American cheese half melted on them

And the last time while waiting again an employee pulled up right next to me in the otherwise empty parking lot , his windows down and blaring from his big silver truck the most rude filthy music left on while he went inside for 10 minutes. Then when he got back in his truck he turned it down and left. Im mean why be so inconsiderate of others.
