Placed a Doordash order and didn't receive 2 of the 5 items I ordered. 2 of the 3 I received were incorrect. Also, did not receive any straws. When I called to discuss rectifying the situation with the manager he just says oh we didn't have that flavor and just gave me a flavor of the same color. Gave no explanation for the missing items just to contact Doordash.

The staff were very friendly. The food was hot, fresh and very tasty. Our order was correct and the flatware, napkins and sauces we needed were in the bag. Our credit card machine was broken so the carhop ran it. It was a few minutes before we realized that we didn’t tip her. She didn’t even ask. In the current tipping environment we found that refreshing and made sure to tip her before we left. If you don’t understand what I mean by tipping environment, we were recently yelled at by a McDonalds employee demanding a 20% tip for handing us a bag while we were paying at the counter. We watched while our carhop prepared our drinks and food and delivered it to our car and she didn’t say a word when it was time for us to add a tip. She deserved one more than anyone I’ve seen at a fast food restaurant.

How is location still on business? Food is ok, but the service is aweful and inefficient at best! I order though Grub Hub app and there is no app specific location to pickup, so I have go through the drive thru. They do not pull any cars over into a parking spot (have plenty of parking) to wait if the food is not ready, so everyone just sits there...I waited 20 minutes (timed it, so legit 20 minutes and 22 sec) to get food that was already made and ready per the app. No receipt...just my name on the bag. Put my whole afternoon behind because staff at location can't think outside the box nor do they even seem to care!Parking: Plenty of parking that is not utilized!

Great food!!! I went here with my elderly mother and she didn't have to get out of the car they bring the food out to you and then come get the tray after your done...
