Small Starbucks with friendly staff! It’s Starbucks so there’s always a varied selection and always delicious. Long drive thru line that moved fast. I love that I can choose oat milk since I’m lactose intolerant.

Everything is fine but for the fact it’s the most inconvenient Starbucks on the planet. Mobile ordering as a concept completely defeated by the fact you can’t walk up and pick drinks up any longer. Kind of ironic as long as it was shut down it’s almost certainly less profitable than it was before. New Chipotle CEO may completely run it into the ground. If they ever had a more complete menu at the Kroger down the street, that’s actually a much better option depending on availability

Waste of time; sat in line, got up to speaker to order and they refused me. Said they were “mobile order” only, no sign posted at entrance. “Ok, I’ll place a mobile order,” then they said I had to go around again.
They need a walk up for mobile orders, until then, save yourself some headache and go somewhere else.
Update August 2024: drive through only. Doesn’t make sense any more to mobile order in advance for this location- as you’ll have to wait for drive through anyway.
Worlds tiniest Starbucks? You can walk in to pick up mobile orders, but there is no indoor seating (even when no COVID precautions). They are well set up for drive-thru. My mobile pick up was smooth.

Meanwhile the companies Facebook is urging customers to go to the locations that are closed . How lovely

This is a drive-thru only location. Please turn off mobile ordering if you cannot go in and pick up your order without waiting through the drive thru line. This is a terrible user experience. They will not serve on-foot traffic, so if you are using the nearby car chargers, they will not give you your order (which you have already paid for).

Listen, I have worked at Starbucks for 3 years inside of a target, so I was extremely busy all the time every single day. Yet I was never rude to my customers no matter how stressed I was. My husband has gone there multiple times and they make him feel like an idiot for ordering a drink he loves. I went there today to get my coworkers and I some coffee. The women at the window had an attitude problem that I wasn’t a fan of. I was not rude in the slightest yet she didn’t care. It was a simple miscommunication from her end. I do two separate transactions and she only gives me one and tells have a good day and I tell her “oh I’m sorry I had another order” and some how it was MY fault for not telling her I wanted my other order? When I told her at the window and that she told me both the totals??? So annoying and Unprofessional in my opinion. Unfortunately this is the closest Starbucks to my job but I have not been happy at all every time I go!! Do better.
