The drinks are fantastic when they’re made right most of the time they’re made the same sometimes I get different people making them and they taste totally different and the prices aren’t too bad but when you get the same drink over and over and the price changes every time pretty much I still am not understanding that I go to the one in Kroger‘s and I go to the store out by kohl’s Marion, Ohio

I will say I am a regular at this store (campus the barista) absolutely a gem, she is so nice and amazing, takes good care of me and makes my drink amazing! I will say the attitudes from the other baristas are absolutely terrible, for the amount of times I’ve been here I’ve witnessed so many times how rude the person would be taking my order, and or making my drink, i tried to get attention to one of the baristas about a forgotten item from my friend that had ordered she looked me in my eyes, rolled her eyes and walked away with no item received, this is not the first time I’ve experienced this and honestly I wonder if they even like their job half the time, I think this store needs serious attitude and tone adjustments I could sit here and name them all but their is no need to call them out they know who they are because it’s every single time I go in! It has been so bad recently I decided I need to leave a review I’m tired of it.

i am updating this review as the store reached out for me to share a bit more about my experience. I am happily surprised as very few react positively to inert reviews. Thanks for reaching out.

I would like to share a positive experience I had. I mistook someone else's order for mine and took it only to realize it later. The Barista were courteous to make my order again and refused to take additional payment.
The store was clean and has seating roughly for about 16 to 20 people. The Barista are fast in preparing your order though there is quite a bit of drive-thru traffic. Standard Starbuck food. Increased by rating due to positive outreach and for the service provided.

High Standard Starbucks experience. I went to pick up my mobile order on a Saturday morning. It was packed both in drive-thru and in-store. However, the service was quick.

Parking: Watchful, this parking area is narrow and packed cars and people.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not sure.

They should improve takeout orders, they always spill and they don't secure the containers well.

I waited for 10 minutes when I was the only one in line, then they proceeded to fill my drink halfway. Utterly ridiculous!!

The employees are very nice. The drinks were great. We stopped for coffee while traveling for business and it was a great SB to go to! Would definitely come back if staying around the area again.

They were fast however the staff doesn’t talk. Tried to ask a question and no one made eye contact. No smiles. Not friendly. Went on a Saturday June 22 at 8:30 am.

My fav Starbucks. Staff are great and friendly. Service is quick! (So much faster than the other stringtown one near giant eagle).The parking lot is truly annoying since it's small, and for no apparent reason, people with giant trucks love backing into parking spaces there and blocking the traffic of the drive-thru. So much main character syndrome in that parking lot. But thats not Starbucks fault, they're great.
