I asked for peach juice in my drink, and they didn’t add it but I paid for it. I asked a lady if she could add it in, because that’s what I asked for? And she said “I didn’t hear you.” “So I’m not adding it.” Zero customer service. That is NOT what you say to your customer. I never had interaction this horrible at a Starbucks ever. Every drink I ordered is messed up and had no effort or taste. My local Starbucks would never do this. So dirty and so unprofessional. Never come to this Starbucks, save your money and your time. Thank you.

Inside Kroger!! Great service! There’s usually no wait for me. They provide quick and satisfactory service. They do not keep the same hours as Kroger. I would suggest getting here before 7pm if you want a drink.

Gabby is probably the best that this location has to offer the rest of my rating is to be read next, Here’s why. So I drive here just about every morning and I’ve received a lot of iced coffee lattes that had a burnt coffee bean taste to them with ground in the bottom. The service isn’t the best. There’s been countless times when I roll up from order a simple order and there’s 3 people at 5Am in the morning doing nothing when the person is trying to make my drink and my husbands drinks 2drinks in total and the person making them both are struggling and the other two are not doing anything. There’s no initiative drive in that staff especially the morning shift. The coffee drinks aren’t that good I’ve had way better you’re better off going to the one in krogers location across the street a little down the road.

My husband got me a Green Tea Latte, my favorite drink from Starbucks. Had way too much matcha and I don't think it had any milk? It was super dark green, thick layer of undissolved powder sludge coating the bottom/sides of the cup. Not drinkable. Bitter and gross. Won't be going to this location again.

12/23@1420 i came in to buy drink .this girl, slim with glasses was not acting right. She was helping a customer, in meantime the customer was trying to get her attention, but she continues doing what she is doing. After she's done, the customer asked her something, she said sure.but her attitude, her facial expression wasn't professional. After she was done with her, she didn't acknowledge me.she was doing her staff with attitude. She looked at me ,but doesn't care. I left the store. She will make clients run away. She needs serious training.

I just left this starbucks. There is a girl slim with glasses work now. I can she se does not like what she is doing. Nasty attitude ,rude . She saw me and she acting like I am here. I love Starbucks in general but this location in Kroger on stringtown has the rudest most incompetent people working here ever I come in but today especially I needed to leave a review. (Young girl working alongside a heavier male with long hair) As I come in waiting to be acknowledged, I overhear her question the mobile order they just received “salted pecan cold foam, whaaat ew. “ The male replies “ some people just don’t make any sense”. When I was asked to place an order, I stated that was my order they were referring to. He says “oh”. I waited way longer than I ever have just for the young girl to say “oh, your order is down here by the way..” usually they call my name but today I was irritated by that whole experience. Luckily the drink I chose was fabulous and was almost worth the trouble. Just be kind.. it goes a long way.

Usually have a good experience here, today I had ordered a tall iced matcha latte with light ice and oat milk. I had gotten a tall matcha latte that was mostly water and with almond milk, as well as too much ice and clumps of matcha powder at the bottom. It was disappointing because I was wanting a matcha latte all day since I ran out at home:(
Also makes me concerned people are a.) not doing their job fulfilling orders to the best of their ability, and b.) what if they accidentally gave someone the wrong milk with an allergy? (Lactose intolerance, soy, nut, etc.)
And no straws were stocked by the order pickup, both employees were chatting together and I had to ask for some
Someone please address this whole thing…
Dietary restrictions: Concerned about incorrect ingredient usage despite indicating a preference, but lots of options for flexibility
The store has no idea how to handle Instacart pick up orders and I have been here for 20 minutes and no one wishes to help solve the problem. It's highly unprofessional.

Probably the worst Starbucks I've been too.... The service is slow and customer service was poor. Extremely dirty, counters are full of clutter, refrigerated ingredients left out, floor has grime built up and trash, equipment looks dirty, and doesn't appear they do much cleaning.Asking myself now why I didn't just leave and skip the coffee, didn't sit well.
