Usually have a good experience here, today I had ordered a tall iced matcha latte with light ice and oat milk. I had gotten a tall matcha latte that was mostly water and with almond milk, as well as too much ice and clumps of matcha powder at the bottom. It was disappointing because I was wanting a matcha latte all day since I ran out at home:(

Also makes me concerned people are a.) not doing their job fulfilling orders to the best of their ability, and b.)...

This was inside a Kroger store. Fast and everything was in stock. The employee was very quiet and not overly friendly but she did get the job done! She was by herself and kept the line moving and made 2 separate orders at once!

This Starbucks is within Giant Eagle at Kingsdale Center. The sitting isn't available at the moment, but you can always grab a hot cup of coffee, cold brew, or flavored tea to enjoy while you shop or get it to go.
