I had a fantastic experience at this Subway location! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment I walked. Everything was fresh, crisp, and perfectly prepared. The bread was warm, the veggies were vibrant, and the meats and cheeses were sliced just right. The store itself was clean, well stocked, and welcoming, with plenty of seating and a calm, relaxed atmosphere perfect for a quick lunch or even a casual dinner. I also appreciated how fast and efficient the service was, even during a busy time. It’s clear that the team here takes pride in their work and customer satisfaction. Highly recommend this Subway location definitely one of the best I’ve visited. I’ll be back again soon!

This is a subway I would not go to anymore. They tried to come up with a lie to not accept the coupon. First, they said it was expired. Then, when we showed them that it was not, they said that it had been used before. How can that be when they keep all the coupons? Finally, they had to take it. Really bad experience with the person who makes the food there.

Best Subway in Grove City, I eat here regularly. Employees are friendly and know what they are doing. Never have had an issue.
Update 2025: I hate the new menu. I no longer eat here. The location staff is still great, but now corporate makes you pay for double cheese and less meat. The combination is disgusting and I am not paying extra for something I do not want. It is waaay too much cheese. Also, they no longer have the Spicy Italian.
Bring back the old menu. This one sucks.

I used to be a employee at this location they treat the employees very poorly I wouldn't recommend anyone eating or working there..the new owners don't care about anything I'm very very sad to see this place being ran so poorly now...they don't order enough food and when the truck gets there they don't help the workers get prep done for our customers

Gave this location multiple chances, and never once have they gotten the order right. They always replace the pepper jack cheese with white American, and the vegetables have no flavor to them. With their prices having gone up as well, no reason to go to this place

Please train your employees to wash their hands after sweeping or mopping. Don't just put on gloves. AND Do not touch a whole bunch of things while my sandwich is being toasted. Yesterday, the young lady was touching the thing that the stickers are in ( the stickers are used to seal the paper around your sandwich), because it didn't look clean. Nasty! DO BETTER!!!!
