So many issues. Besides being dirty, slow and kind of dumb. Ordered subway club toasted. When it was put in front of the “condiments guy” I asked why there was hardly any meat on it—“well, we’re out of roast beef”. Nobody told me that when I ordered. Instead of doubling up on one of the meats they just handed it to me as is. When I paid for it with debit card, he said it didn’t go through and run it again. So today my bank account was charged twice ($27.16) for the worst sub I’ve ever had. Because I had to get to an appointment, I didn’t have time to hassle with the order. Now I have to figure out how to get my money back! NEVER AGAIN!!!

The service of the girl who serves at this time of the morning is very bad, she speaks badly, looks at you as if she wanted to kill you, very bad customer service, without any patience to serve, they should change staff and place people who really want to work.

It says open at 8am. Yet when I went at 11am waiting for someone to even show up at the front and then the station wasn’t set up so that took another 5 mins. AND then employee said it was gonna be another 10 mins for the oven to heat up?? I just left at that point since I had to head to the work. Please get it together.

Older lady that was behind the counter was unbelievably rude and brash. Throwing comments out about how much we were bothering her and sighing, groaning, and pretty much being off-putting and offensive. She rushed and the sandwiches were a mess, horribly cut and wrapped, ingredients everywhere. Not particularly fond of being treated like a nuisance for wanting lunch, I don't think it's too much to ask that we be treated fairly and kindly. It's 10 minutes of her time. Overall it made us frustrated. Will not be going back to this location.

Dined in and tables have the same dirt as three days ago. Employees sitting in chairs not sweeping not cleaning still out of product. Been two weeks now. Can’t order a certain sandwiches because they’re out of food items some of them employees cursing in front of customers customers come in and have to ring the bell five times before someone comes out from behind the door Very unpleasant employees

An Employee was very rude to a customer, took advantage of their kindness with unsatisfactory of food preparation and told customer that they should also tip regardless of customer service. Horrible for one to witness this. Need better service, that treats customers with respect.

Ordered a Veggie Delite 6 inch sub …. It is 1:00 in afternoon. Store opened at 9:00. I asked for tomatoes— no tomatoes; … she went in back of store and sliced one tomato (there are other customers) NO tomatoes pre-sliced. asked for cucumbers- no cucumbers and none available in back; asked for spinach- no fresh spinach. Regular lettuce was brown…. Absolutely the worst experience at a Subway. We eat at Subway’s all the time. This is the worst!How do you order a Veggie Delite and there is NO veggies except banana peppers; olives; pickles… no lids or straws were available. Shocked to say the least.

My small size sub I ordered was almost invisible. So I looked for it with my 6 inch mirror telescope and found my sub hiding behind a bread crumb. I noticed an ant watching me licking his chops. I told Mr Ant, can't spare a crumb. And you know what, the ant gave me the cuss and flipped me off. Any how, I opened up my trusty army surgical kit and pulled out my tweezers and with the assistance of my stereo microscope, I picked up that sub and placed it on the tip of my tongue and swallowed. My point is, the small subs need to be, how you say, not so tenny small or lower the price. Says Parascope Mike.
