I went in about 11:48Pm to pick up a uber eats order , i get to the speaker i tell the lady light skin with curly hair im there to pick up a order for a lady name “ Karla with a K” she proceeds to say. Karla with a H ?” so i got confused and she said for uber eats i said yes she said pull around , she didn’t even have the decency to turn off the microphone before she said she clearly needs glasses “ i got to the window and asked her who needed glasses and she proceeds to say “ you do obviously “ really nasty , she lacked so much professionalism im disgusted especially because she was to whatever to comprehend what i said in the first place she needs to be fired or trained better

I ordered delivery through the app. When I got my order it was missing an apple empanada & had 3 items made incorrectly. So I had to go to the restaurant to get my order fixed after paying for delivery. I complained on the app but they’ve ignored my bad experience with no response from them. If going to this Taco Bell be sure to double check your order before leaving & don’t order delivery from here!!

I’ve ordered from this Taco Bell many of times and each time they get my order wrong and send me barely even half of my order. Very frustrating and makes me never want to order from here again. I definitely won’t keep ordering from here considering the pattern.

09/25/2025 I was so disappointed to find out that at least the Taco Bell on stringtown road is now take out only! And apparently drive-thru only. While I was able to walk inside there was no one there at the register until I went and found someone. I was hoping to you my mail inside but when a person finally did come around they said we don't even have trays anymore everything's take out only now! So don't look to kill your lunch break hanging out inside Taco Bell which may not be all that fun anyways but I was looking forward to it. But I guess that won't be happening anymore. Drive through only!

The grilled cheese steak burritos are very consistent in quality and taste
Third time coming here and it’s 2:32 and signs and google say close at 3am and guy comes on the intercom and says sorry we are closed. Seems suspicious these kids are closing it before close. Management should look into this or update google and signs.

Whoever worked tonight put everything and there mama into my order. It was hot, fast, perfect, and everything under the moon. I usually expect nothing from Mobile pickups, but this was a top tier taco bell experience. 10/10

We were told by an employee that they are no longer allowed to take orders inside, they stated the kiosk must be used. I find this difficult to believe and if it is true shame on Taco Bell.
