Pretty solid experience. We went through the drive-thru and the service was fast — we paid and got our food right away. The food was decent and exactly what you’d expect from Taco Bell. Overall, quick and easy stop with decent service.

I go to this taco bell often. Food is always consistent but nothing crazy. I went on November 30th at almost 12 am, expecting that cold normal taco bell I usually get i was shocked. Food was so fresh, hot, and best taco bell I have had. With only 2 employees I was very very shocked. I did qn online order so I dont know their names but they deserve praise for their hard work.

The girl taking my order was rushing me. The food was terrible. There was hardly any meat or cheese on food. My hard tacos were totally flat. The cinnamon twists only had like six in the big bag. Food did not taste very good.

These are the most pathetic soft tacos I have ever seen. Haven't been into Taco Bell in a minute but this is ridiculous. I don't think I'll be going back soon🤬🤬🤬🤬 also I am only 10 mins till home and my food was really cold!
I came through the drive thru today between 1215 and 1230 to get lunch. I ordered 2 cheesy roll ups with sour cream on both and a large root beer with a lot of ice. When I got to the window, to pay, the guy at the window didn't say hi, didn't smile, acted like he hated to be there. When he gave me my order, he didn't put napkins in the bag. I asked for some napkins and he said that he put napkins in the bag. I had looked and there was no napkins. He rolled his eyes at me and said you can go now and shut the window in my face. I pulled out and didn't say anything. Is this the way your employees are trained? I have 35 + years of customer service skills and have never treated any customers like that. I have taught customer service classes. I bet I could do better customer service than what he gave me. My husband died and I'm looking for a job. I wish that guy could have been trained better. I will not be coming back to this restaurant due to the poor customer service. I know this will not be taken seriously but how will you know unless you are told.

This is the only Taco Bell I've found that the quality is what it should be for Taco Bell. They provide descent size portions of toppings. I never found where the taco or tostadas shells were stale.
I travel often, and as far as Central Ohio, this is the best Taco Bell over all. The worst is on the East side of Columbus. Plus this location is less expensive.
If you order anything at the drive through that requires a plastic utensils, check before you leave that they provided for you. They're consistent on forgetting this.
