Their service is terrible. They never abide by their opening hours. EVEY MORNING The same staff is there and they are never opening on time. I can almost guarantee every time there is a silver SUV in their parking lot. They are not open at 7 AM like advertised they make you wait at the speaker for five minutes before they even tell you that they are still closed. What is the point of opening hours if you are not going to open

This specific taco bell is one of the worst I have ever frequented. I frequently have to wait in the parking lot for food ordered in the drive thru, even when it appears to have no other customers whatsoever. The food is always messy and questionable quality (sauces spilling out of items and all over the wrappers, cold items, unmelted cheese, etc), they are frequently out of items, employees behaving unprofessionally, non-customers loitering around the property. All in all, a very poorly managed Taco Bell in my opinion.

I asked for a discovery luxe box and got one burrito. Since I was still at the window I gave it back and asked for what I wanted just for them to give me back the burrito that was in the previous back, 2 Doritos tacos and regular twist. The chicken taste horrible, the cinnamon twist have NO cinnamon on them, the tacos are barely halfway filled and my mood is ruined.
Very immature rude staff that cuss openly on the floor. Inaccurate orders consistently. I would avoid.

I did a mobile order, when I arrived I was told to pull around and they would bring it out. No one was inside or in the drive-thru. I waited 16 minutes for my food. No I did not look to see if I had everything I ordered, but when I got home I was missing 4 items not to mention 2 of the items I did receive were wrong. I will go out of my way to another location. This isn't the first time I have had an issue here.

Walked in to order today. No one on the counter. Entire staff in the back. Customer ahead of me waiting for food. Manager brought his food. It was wrong and he sent it back. Manager told me your food will be right out. I responded that I'd been there for ten minutes and had not ordered yet. She says sorry, what will you have. I ordered the three taco supreme combo with no sour cream. I waited another ten minutes. Got my food, no tomatoes on my tacos. Manager says I'll remake them. She goes in the back and returns and asks how about I give you a container of tomatoes. Fine I said. It took me over thirty minutes to get the wrong food. The place was dirty and no one gives a flip about customers at the counter. The manager needs to be fired and this location closed.
