Might actually be the worst Taco Bell I have ever ordered from. Will never eat here again. Ordered 2 orders of steak dippers. They were smaller than the dipping sauce cups. They also packed them full of ingredients not in steak dippers. Food was cold. My wife’s cinnamon twists didn’t even have cinnamon on them. This place should be shut down.

My Doritos tacos were only halfway full, which is terrible for the price paid. And I paid for extra cheese on the Mexican pizza, but did not get it. That pretty much happens at every Taco Bell so why even order it? Just to keep getting charged for what you don’t get? No thanks.

What in the world is this absolute racket of false advertising, this is the most disappointed I've been with any Taco Bell when it comes to how my order looks. They're almost as small as the dipping cup!

Basically, don't bother ordering the dipping burritos, get a regular burrito and a side of sauce instead.

Addition: if this is just how you're supposed to make them and they just happen to be disappointing, then 5 stars to this store because they did their job, Taco Bell just needs to fix the item.

Went to this location tonight after work to get kids dinner . It was the most disturbing thing I have ever seen. The Manager Brandi was so rude and nasty to her employees causing and calling these young kids names and arguing with them and putting them our of the building. Mind you I stood and watched this for about 15 minutes . Brandi started on the first little girl over the line or something at that then after that little girl went outside Brandi started in on the little girl in drive through calling her names and telling her to leave all over nothing. Mind you I never even order my food I just left because if someone in a employment ever treated one of my children like that I would have a lawsuit so fast . I sure hope these girls parents do the right thing . Because it's sad these kids are trying to do right thing and someone is so horrible to them.

Overall horrible experience. Tonight on 1/21/25 I ordered for pickup. Our order was suppose to only take 5-8 minutes per what web said, order was placed at 5:41. Hubby showed up to pickup our food at 5:56, they claimed no order was placed. Eventually they found our order and stated oh we are out of steak that’s why it wasn’t started so hubby substituted his cheesy dipped burritos with chicken. 40 minutes is how long it took to get our food. 10 items, 40 MINUTES. He took bag out to car to check over and they forgot an order of dipped burritos. Once he got home beyond flustered we realized they didn’t give us our chipotle sauce for the dipped burritos and my cantina chicken crispy taco. Feeling defeated we just ate our dry tiny burritos instead of going back to raise hell. I previously managed in food for 5+ years, I understand mistakes happen but this is just ridiculous. Hubby stated they were staffed and drive through orders were flying out the window however our experience was a 0/10. Do better.

Went to this Taco Bell today for lunch & the food WAS NOT FRESH, got 2 $7 deluxe boxes, the chalupas were over cooked, the taco shells were smashed & the burrito shells were hard. We have given this Taco Bell MORE than enough chances to get it right, mostly stopping by in the evenings, figured the food would be fresh during a lunch time rush, but they've proven that it would be best to go to the Taco Bell on Stringtown Rd. instead. PLEASE get it together & do better! Wasting money on food just isn't where it's at anymore!!!!

Terrible experience. Virtually no service. They have kiosk in the store and when you ask for help none was provided. Waited for approximately 5 minutes no help. Me and another customer walked out. I even seen people in the drive thru pulling off. Super poor service.

This poor taco bell location...not sure if under-staffed, not trained, management.... But had the time to wait in the drive thru line about 35 minutes...food was half cooked, cheese not melted nor burrito hot....so unless there is less than 2 cars in line, I'll pass and go to another.

Does Taco Bell is one of the better ones in a nicer neighborhood so of course they're going to have better people working but for Grovetucky it wasn't an bad experience at all going through the drive through wasn't a long wait and the young guy at the windows was fairly approachable, usually Taco Bell employees are mad there there and take it out on you, like it's your fault their job, and life's are messed up because your making them work, when all along they could have been talking with their babies mamas causing drama. Lol

Ordered a chicken Flatbread Melt. I didn't want the Chipotle sauce so I asked if I could get sour cream instead. She said okay then charged me 70 cents for about a half teaspoon. So I said give me the Chipotle sauce on the side since you didn't swap out. So sour cream cost about 15cent an ounce. I'm pretty sure Chipotle sauce is more expensive.
