Waitress was rude, order extra food she come back to the table said we don’t do substitutions and I said I know I have to pay for it very rude about that. Took an hour and 10 minutes to get our food. Ham was cold mashed potatoes and gravy was cold. Green beans was good. Never come back to fill our drinks. Very disappointed would not recommend this place to anyone due to the attitude of the waitresses.

Just had dinner, I guess that’s what we will call it. To start the Mt. Dew had no flavor, the sweet tea was not at all. Then our food arrived, my roast beef had so much fat on it and the gravy looked congealed on the plate. My fiancés breakfast potatoes were raw, the biscuits were hard and the gravy congealed as well. As I was voicing concerns while I paid , the lady said she would get the manager. No one came, so I went up to her and ask if the manager was coming. The “manager” who was sitting down on her phone said she could not do anything about it. Wow, this is unbelievable!

Ain’t no down home cooking at any location. You can buy and prepare all the food they make at Gordon Food Service. Save your money and make it yourself.

Tee Jayes' location in Grove City is the only location that cannot fulfill deliveries on time, they are the only ones that take too long to deliver food, I don't know if they have a problem with the kitchen staff, but it is unfortunate that it only happens at this restaurant, I have visited all the others and it never happens.

Been coming to TeeJayes for a few years but we’re done after this. Had to wait a while for food even though the dining hall wasn’t that busy. When food finally arrived, my roast beef split was inedible with dry beef that tasted freezer burnt, couldn’t even cut it with the knife. The Big T dinner was cooked to a crisp, but at least edible. Waitress, Summer, checked how everything was and we told her the issues, she apologized and walked away. When we got our check, there was no compensation for the one meal that we couldn’t eat. Before leaving, we found a food particle sitting at the bottom of my cup that didn’t match anything we ordered. It was a waste of money and we won’t be coming back. Very disappointed with the direction this place is going.

Had a hair in BOTH of my barnyard busters. Unhygienic & had to toss both meals. 40$ down the drain. Service was fast as it was a delivery and the door dasher did a great job, but was absolutely a waste of time and money.

This wasn't my first time at this location. It's been a while, but I know to expect!? Great service 👏 Excellent food 👌 Comfortable and inviting 🫶 I went with some coworkers and we all ordered the "Barnyard Buster" oh course; what else is there? They actually have a really nice full menu of home style comfort foods as well as incredible breakfast items and even desserts 🍨 We got there as soon as they were opening, so this was going to be a great time/ experience. We sat and talked for a while, I kept looking at the table pop-up for 🍎 Apple Cobbler w ice cream. It sounds amazing. Overall, the food was excellent. The "Barnyard Buster" 💯 If it's your 1st time or having trouble deciding what to order, remember 🤔💡 "BARNYARD BUSTER" 🍽🍛
