Only 1 other couple including us in the Restaurant but seemed slow.
The server said the mashed potatoes were real but they weren't, also the liver and onions was ok. My wife had pinto soup and there was no flavor to the soup also the meatloaf sandwich was cold and dry. It was recommended by the hotel we stayed at. But we weren't impressed.hope they were honest when I found a wallet left near the register they found who it belonged to.

I stopped by to kill time while my car was being repaired. I got the chicken and waffles which was pretty tasty. The sweet tea was alright (I like mine extra sweet). My server was attentive enough but not hoovering. It was not especially busy and I was seated pretty quickly.

You know TJ's is a HomeTown restaurant you go in. You want to get some quality food. They have great breakfast. Wonderful breakfast. Never had any issues with breakfast. Their dinner. On the other hand, tonight I had chicken dinner, mashed potatoes and stuffing the stuffing. You could have puttied the walls with the chicken breasts were so thin zero taste. They weren't even juicy. I couldn't even eat it. I brought it home to my dog . It definitely wasn't worth $14. When you can Go across the street and get a lot more food and better quality cracker barrel. The service was great. The young lady that helped us was wonderful. Kept our drinks full with a smile. Such a pleasure. I think they need to take a look at the products that they're putting out, especially for dinner and make it a little bit more quality. that's just my opinion. I also had dessert coconut cream pie that was more like pudding with whipped cream on top. There was nothing there that could call it a pie. My husband had breakfast and it was looked pretty good so if I ever go back which I highly doubt it. It'll be breakfast Will be my go-to well thank you for reading. In a little reminder, make sure they have toilet paper in the bathroom stalls because they had to pull paper in the woman's bathroom okay thank you for reading. Have a blessed day..

I would like to preface this review by saying our server was great. Her service was good and did try to fix our issues to the best of her ability. For the food, we were served expired coleslaw, our whole table agreed it tasted sour and our server confirmed they had received other complaints on it. The Ruben was served with roast beef instead of corn beef, the French toast was soggy and gross, and the biscuits were dry. There were also several ants and a gnat crawling along and in our plates(which our server said other guests have also complained about before).

Consistant food, great service. Restaurant needs upgraded. Booth benches sink because the springs are worn out. The place just looks tired. Very clean, just tired. The gals that work there are so nice. Cone on TJ's spend a little money and fix up the place.

There were only a few customers at a time here. There was only one server who was doing everything but herself. I had a bowl of pinto beans and they were great. My husband had chicken fried chicken which was only mediocre. The biscuits were hard and the coleslaw was turning bad. There was a leak in the ceiling which had been there long enough to turn the ceiling tiles brown. We will not return to this Tee Jays in Grove City.

Ordered chicken and grits for delivery. Chicken came. No grits. Also ordered french toast. No syrup. It's not rocket science.
