We really like the Roasted Turkey Breast. Try to purchase weekly. Despite being on the menu-this location doesn’t seem to sell half breasts. So, I must purchase a full breast for about $40. Lately, I leave empty-handed because the meat is not fresh and already close to its expiration date. Not going to purchase meat that expires in the next day or two. Yuck! Worse on several occasions they actually had fresher meat, but employees said manager requires them to sell the old meat first. Saddest still, sometimes the meat has been going bad before the date. Example, last week purchased fresh meat with 6 days out, but the day before the expiration date, the meat was already looking old, so had to pitch. If they would sell smaller packages of fresh meat would gladly purchase and even place a weekly order to reserve.
Forgot to pre-order online. Got in line at about 1:35pm. At around 1:50, they announced that they were out of ham if you didn't pre-order online. Go to my car and order a pickup order for 2:30pm. Walked in at 2:30 and picked up my ham. The greeter at the door hit me with a snarky, "Can I help you?" When she saw me walking back inside. I just waved my phone at her and said I pre-ordered! But they were sold out? Sure, Jan.
They did sell me a ham larger than what I ordered, and the girl told me it would probably be $20 more. It was $40 more! I don't think they should be quoting prices if they have no idea what they are talking about.
Wow, what the heck just happened?? Plans changed for the wife and I and we wanted to enjoy HB ham sandwiches tomorrow for lunch, before our Thanksgiving dinner, later in the day. I walked in to just buy slices of ham, instead of the whole ham, and was immediately shot down, not exactly what was worded, but I was under the impression they only sell whole hams? and only take pre orders? or something…no idea what they said after they went straight to NO!! But you’re a ham store?? Ive bought slices here before?? Pretty simple, but they complicated that experience and made it negative! Won’t be back to that store.

Ordered a meal and was told they don’t use their drink fountain but moved to canned soda only, after I had paid. I was concerned that not everyone drinks soda- myself included. Would not have ordered the meal because now it’s a waste. Food was good if over priced. Was out of potato salad at noon. Once someone came out and took our order it was quick to get to us.

I RARELY review a place in the negative, but this is just ridiculous. $9.99 for three sliders (got two kinds) and this is what I got. I could’ve gone to Kroger and made this myself. No sauces. Not warmed. The Ham & Swiss ones weren’t even cut and NO PICKLES. I see why these stores barely exist any more.

The service was great. In and out. Unlike the Dublin location. Definitely with the drive to get exactly what you need. Plenty of everything. We purchased 2 honey baked turkeys.

The staff at this location seems very inexperienced and unknowledgeable. I go in to get a ham and a turkey that I was assured would be there and there’s literally no ham or turkey in the store which that’s not the problem. It was the rude staff who did not know what to do.

This place is a mess and obviously poorly managed. No croissants, no sides (potato salad, etc.) at all except chips available. A woman came in to pick up a catering order and was told they had no idea there was a catering order because "I didn't have the tablet turned on." This will be my last vist to this place.

Purchased our Thanksgiving meal online for pick up in the store. The website double charged us for our meal, and when we contacted customer support, we were told we would be refunded at the store. The inexperienced staff at the store deleted our entire prepaid order and wanted to charge us a third time with no refund given. I declined this option. In the end, they gave us the food we had paid for, saying we would receive a refund for the double payment in 5-10 business days. No refund has been received.

I tried to order a ham from them today for my Thanksgiving dinner with my family. I am handicapped and cannot drive so I ordered through Uber eats. I received a message from the driver, saying that they refused to give him my ham that they do not do Uber eats or DoorDash anymore, I am heartbroken and my dinner is
