The Wing Experience

Didn't get correct food, 3 wings &my fries were missing.. no drink .. half of the food cold .. first time ordering & got a horrible experience..0/10.
Got bbq wings & didn't even get that .. got a whole different flavor. But okay.. just shows they don’t care about customers anymore lol

The food was good, but we placed the order ahead of time and it was prepared 15 minutes later than expected. Multiple orders were put together and the sauces were mixed. Items were missing from the order. We're just visiting Columbus, and this is the first meal that's been disappointing.

Way too small of wings for $100 order. Very disappointed. Love the idea of many sauces but NONE of them were labeled, had no idea which sauces were which… order was half delivered.Called to refund and guy was nice but women on phone was outrageous! Had to pick up the fixed order and was NOT ready when said it’d be. Same woman from phone was no help whatsoever! Very very rude, won’t be coming back.

Absolutely repulsive! They should be embarrassed to serve this to anyone. Wings were small, unseasoned and completely dried out. If this is the trend of all the other locations, then no thanks. I wouldn’t eat their wings even if I were paid to do so.

The manager here this Monday night was fantastic. Amie helped me use the coupons I recieved in the mail a while back on my online order that was prepaid. Thank you Amie! As always at Smokey Bones: great meats, fun sides, love the pretzel bones appetizer, and the cinnamon sugar donuts are a great call to finish up.

All the food was delicious ? especially the nachos. Jo was a great waitress! Very polite and patient ?

Fast service, great ribs and our server Kaylee was fantastic! We even got free donuts!!

The atmosphere is fun and the food and drinks are delicious. Was especially happy with Hailey, out server, who was friendly and provided excellent service!
