If I could rate 0 I would very unprofessional environment the manager “Fred” is always yelling at employees but never helping them out. Building & food equipment is disgusting, they serve food that’s been sitting for days ex expired cream cheese & meats that have been sitting in the container forever this place need’s investigated looks like they haven’t cleaned anything in years!! Noticed they lost alot of good employees recently this place is going downhill really fast would NEVER recommend do not eat here you will get sick !!!!

We ordered two large chai latte’s which had no flavor mine was cold milk his was hot milk , the person on the speaker taking our order sounded miserable . I can’t believe we just paid 11$ for milk. 01/03/26 9:45am

Very unprofessional and rude customer service at this Tim Hortons location. I waited at the counter for at least 8 minutes for my Uber Eats pickup without acknowledgment. When I politely asked about my order, the employee, a female with tan skin and visible tattoos, yelled repeatedly, “I’m working on it,” and continued speaking in a disrespectful manner while I was standing calmly. This experience was extremely disappointing and does not reflect the level of service I expect.

Every single time i have come they have been SO rude and have the meanest attitude. it's been 3 different people each time , and each time they have been so mean! I live right next to this one but today i left in the middle of trying to order and went to the other location 10 mins away. you guys are so mean and i'm always so nice please fix the attitudes it's annoying

10/10/2025 - first time visiting this Tim Hortons before attending to some business matters, and my experience was very nice. All the staff were professionally, prompt and friendly. A special shout out to the staff member with the body art all his face. He probably was the most nicest individual I’ve ever encountered at a Tim Hortons. He spoke to every customer and treated all of us the same. Thank you. He deserves a raise.
I ordered my usual the sausage, egg and cheese croissant with a medium coffee and a hashbrowns and a honey Creuller. Everything was fresh and delicious. The decor was nice and comfortable. They have low seating high chairs and they share it with another fast food restaurant that will remain a nameless. Parking out front and on the side of the building, drive-through accessible, and decent prices Enjoy.

Came in an hour after you open to absolutely no doughnuts available, had to wait for new doughnuts to be made. Tried to order timbits for while I wait and also was completely out of those. So appearently we only had coffee available this morning while employees were outside smoking instead of working to get product available? Then they gave me a shickey box covered in glaze and chocolate. Will never return to this location...
Pulled up to drive thro and guy sounded irritated already and after we said give us a sec he huffed and told us he’s on a time limit so we just pulled off

How does the store not have 3/4th of the stuff on the menu? Like NO BREAD? YALL AINT BUSY ENOUGH TO BE OUT OF BREAD. Also like. The employees there are always just sittin in the dining area playing on their phones when people are at the drive thru.
