Couldn't answer any questions..Service was terrible. No one else in line five people walking around in circles we never got waited on. Never got acknowledged. We won't be back.. according to my husband's calculation, we waited about 8 minutes with no acknowledgment. How sad that has come to this.. okay
Man I placed an order 15 min prior to arriving when I get there. 7 employees total no customers inside 2 cars in the driveway. 4 employees on their phone standing there 2 seems to be working and one showed up later. I asked for my order she started looking around and told me we are working on it. Waited 10 more minutes. Incompetence
Tried to order from the drive thru. The worker was so rude and cutting me off anytime I tried to talk. Wasn’t able to even ask a question . I had to pull off and not even order my food. Then she yells at me from the window as I drive off.

There January 26 after church to be RUSHED through the drive thru, mad because we asked a question, food horrible, gave us the wrong donuts, coffee not good. We are soooo disappointed learning experience for my step daughter on how not to act in customer service. If you DO NOT LIKE YOUR JOB, find a new one, get out of the customer service jobs if you cannot be kind. She was at the window at 1120 and took our order. Short wish my husband who ordered and kept saying pull around when we WERE NOT done ordering. Please review customer service to your employees. This is unacceptable

Ordered food on the app and when I got there they claimed they couldn’t make breakfast sandwiches after 2pm, and just stared at me blankly. I said okay, what about my money? And they told me “come back tomorrow” which I can’t do as I’m here from out of state. I said okay well can I get the rest of my order? And the worker acted annoyed and proceeded to tell me they didn’t have the skim milk I had ordered for my two drinks. The only thing I ended up getting correct was two donuts and he had turned them upside down in the bag.

This Tim Horton has the best of e everything from food and drinks . Yesterday I observed one of the customers abusing the employees. It was brutal. Nobody has the right to treat anyone that way. NoBody. To treat someone like that is awful. This world has gotten to where if you screw up I am going to destroy you. It's like there entitled. She was doing everything to apologize you still acted like a jerk. We are only human. But to treat someone like because your having a bad day. I want everyone to know theemployees in that tim hortons are the best. I visit1 or 2 times daily. There is always a smile asked how I am, I want to thank tim horton employees for all there kindness and giving the best every customer service they can, once again thank I go tim hortons not only for coffee the food but to see the caring people with a smile. So when you go thru drive thru or inside you remember that before you are nasty call names cuss at her forgetting she is a human being. I've always thought that people like that that has to belittle someone that they are the most insecure people in the world.

Apparently these guys are buddies with the tim Hortons. So apparently tim Hortons supports trump just so you know. Reporting this to tim Hortons corporate for their political affiliation I'm sure they won't be happy with this.

I am a door dasher I went today to pick up an order for a customer Sunday 7/14 around 11:10 am . It wasn’t very busy maybe 3 in drive thru line and at time no one was inside . The girl was very friendly made part of my order and then replied just waiting on sandwhich . Ok I sat down for 10 minutes . They both were helping drive thru . I finally got up because he was making sandwiches but not for my order . She said you didn’t get your sandwhich yet . I replied no. She mentioned agin to gentleman making sandwiches he said he takes care of regular customers first . Well I have never heard anyone reply like that . I asked for his manager . The manager a man comes out and asked what problem was I replied that I had been here 10 minutes and drink melting . And your employee replied he helps customers first . He replied that this was right customers come first . I replied I have been here 10 minutes didn’t seem to care . Replied did I want to wait on order he could gladly pass to someone else . And also to never let me deliver there again . Ok number one I am 58 and never treated like this in my life . All on camera how I sat down and waited also girl could be talked to and what they said . He also didn’t apologize which he said he did twice . He lied !!! Please be kinder to your customers and dordashers and pleas look in to how your manager and employees treating customers.

Man oh man, I have been using the app for pick up lately and it has been mildly good at best in terms of having my order ready (which is why I always pick order “now” for pick up). Then I usually wait 20 minutes just in case they’re busy.
This one took the cake, I waited 30 minutes this time before leaving to pick up my order just in case. As I walked to the front door I saw the drive-thru line was very short so I’m thinking this won’t take long at all. I walked up to the pick up counter and it was empty. The manager (she was def the manager - headset and very vocal) came over and asked “what can I get ya”? I said I had an order for pick up and she said, “we’re working on it”! I turned away as she could see I was frustrated, and the next thing I hear from the manager loud and clear from behind me is “SORRY SIR, DRIVE-THRU WINDOW COMES FIRST” Upon her terrible communication skills I turned to her and simply said, “but I ordered a half hour ago”. No answer from her….and you could see the staff all staring at her in silence.
So, as a 25 year veteran in hospitality I am certain that Tim Hortons does NOT have a section in their training manual labeled “DRIVE-THRU WINDOW COMES FIRST” because if they do they need to rethink their franchise handbook.
What a bummer to have a household name run by a person with such poor leadership. She is the reason I will not be coming back.
