I just left this Tim Hortons and I did a mobile order for a large iced cap. A large iced cap now cost $5.70. When I got to the window I saw my iced cap and it is about an inch below the top of the cup. That doesn't even include the lid space that's just the cup itself. I told the guy at the window that I wasn't accepting it because why am I paying almost $6 for a cup that's not full or even almost full. He then told me that this is regulation fill. I've been going to Tim Hortons nearly every day for 25 years and this has never been the case at any other store. I will be contacting corporate to get my money back because this is insane and completely unacceptable.

This particular Tim Hortons was out of everything. I got a coffee and I needed more sugar added and for $3.35 I wanted the person at the window to add more sugar for me because of my disability and he handed me sugar and straw so I could do it myself. All the other Tim Hortons that I go to will add more sugar or cream for me.

I have come to this location several times and apparently I like tormenting myself. Every time I have come here something is WRONG. I usually don't complain but, this location is absolutely terrible. Today is the final straw. I wanted a small French vanilla and old fashioned donut. The donut was lackluster and the French vanilla was watered down to the point it had no taste. I took it back and they apologized and gave me a medium French vanilla. I guess since I complained about the water down flavor, they decided to just pour me a lukewarm cup of sludge! It was so thick and bitter! I'm done! They need to pack this side show up and hit the road!

Came in for coffee with a new friend. Inside they only accept cash. Fortunately we had some. After placing our order we sat at a table to wait. We waited a long time, so I went to the counter to ask about our order. They forgot to make it! When the order was ready, it was not great. My iced mocha latte was very bitter, as was my friend's hot one. Needless to say, we will not be back.

Went in to get a blueberry muffin since I have been craving it my entire pregnancy and they only had strawberry cheesecake muffins and they didn't have almost any of their baked goods stocked... The bathroom was disgusting! One of the toilets was covered with poop. Understaffed and not taking proper care of their restaurant. Do not recommend.

Traveling and stopped by this location since I haven't seen a Tim Hortons in the US before. The coffee was good and the staff was very friendly. There was a slight misunderstanding on the order but it was fixed np and the lady was super nice about it. If I'm ever in the area again will def be back
